I ordered a zalad (their play on words for a salad) specifically the Cobb Salad which comes with mixed greens, red cabbage and carrots topped with grilled chicken, Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon, hard-boiled egg, fried onions, cheddar and Jack cheeses with Texas Toast and your choice of grilled or crispy chicken. They gave me a house salad with no eggs, no bacon, no carrots, no red cabbage and no tomatoes. After speaking with a guy who appeared to be the manager who informed that this salad was in fact a house salad and check the receipt to confirm I had in fact order the Cobb Salad which he verified I did. The cashier ask one of the cooks in the back to provide me with eggs and bacon, the cook replied and I quote â Would you like grits with thatâ end quote and repeated it several times while looking at me and laughing. I was not very amused, I have order this salad several times, more so meaning about one every two weeks for about a year and Zaxbyâs continues to disappoint their is always something missing. The salad is their premium salad and it cost 8.69 cent making it one of the highest things on the menu. You really shouldnât be rude to paying customers, and if he was joking he probably shouldnât make jokes in front of a customer about food they paid for, and they failed to make it correct, and the customer is only requesting to have it made using ingredients that they paid for. I thought I would calm down and let it go but decided that it canât be fixed if they donât know about it ... so Tonight in a huge thunderstorm with tornado WARNINGS out I was taking my granddaughter home when her sick Mother (my daughter) called and asked would I stop and pick up their food that she had ordered online and PAID FOR. I wait in the drive through ... at least 5 cars in front of me. When I got to the speaker I told them I was to pick up the order for ...... She told me I had to come inside. ..... I said oh my itâs storming you canât hand me the order.... a guy comes to the speaker and says online orders are to be picked up inside. I said I canât get out of the line .. my order is paid for just hand it to me. He said just follow through the line and park. So when I could finally get out of the line, we made a run for it inside and my order was literally sitting on the counter ready to go and he turned and handed it to me. Absolutely the most unprofessional example of customer service I have ever seen. My granddaughter was with me so I was not ugly but I told the staff it was ridiculous and I told the one other customer that was inside and she couldnât believe it! Iâm done...

After getting our food we searched for a table and all designated tables for the customersr were dirty. We reported it. Minutes later we reported a drink was spilled. A worker came to clean the tables and she apologized to us regarding the tables. But to hear her say, they were to busy to clean the tables.was crazy. She went on to say they were short handed due to someone called in sick. We finally got our table only to realize we were given the wrong order. I was okay with that because the mix-up was with my sister. Then we noticed instead of the worker cleaning the spill she put a sign on the floor by the spill and went back to bed workstation.
