When we first moved to the area I thought that the pizza was really good!! Within the past year and a half or so I noticed the pizza started to get a lot greasier. Though that was a little disappointing, the pizza still tasted good. But my true issue with this place is that they are not consistent, and very unprofessional when it comes to taking their orders. There has been several occasions where I’ve called, and the phones stay busy forever, and eventually go to the voicemail instantly after calling many many times in a row. The past Halloween, we were trying to order food on our way back from trick or treating, it was 7pm, and that night they closed at 9pm. Well the phone was busy for a full 45 min, (which…okay, it’s a holiday that a lot of people don’t want to cook, makes sense that it’s busy). But at about 8 o’clock the phone was going to their voicemail, every call after that!! Now when you close at 9pm, and you stop answering the phone at 8pm… that is a issue, absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.. I worked at a pizza place for 10 years, and my boss would have flipped if he ever called and our phone was busy longer than a few minutes..(I know it sucks when it’s busy and your overwhelmed, but that’s the job, never mind the fact you close earlier than any pizza place I’ve ever heard of, especially on the weekend!! Fri and Sat we closed at 3am! So come on.. really)?? Now, for Tonight, A Saturday night..a night you think would be a busy money making night, once again..phone was busy for 10 minutes, and after that went straight to voicemail over and over!!!! Mind you, this was at 7:15, and the close at 9pm!!! I’m sorry, but that is not good business, and even though they are the only restaurant that delivers to this area, I will never order from them again until the know how to be an actual business!!! I hope that others will fall suite, and agree that this is...
Read moreThis is one of the few pizzas establishments located in the Great Falls area of Turners Falls. They do have some decent boneless buffalo wings. They do also have by 12 large pizzas and each time you buy when they give you a business card you save 12 of those business cards and you get a free cheese pizza large that's a nice incentive that a lot of the other local places around the area do not partake in. There is no handicap entrance to this facility which if your Mobility impaired expect to do stairs or call them and tell them that you are Mobility impaired or handicapped and they will bring your order out to you. I have always known this pizza establishment being right where it is located now and inside cozy. I don't see too many people dying in even before covid-19. I don't see this establishment standing out really above and beyond what other local pizza parlors have to offer. Not being handicapped accessible is one reason why I don't often do business at this establishment. I definitely think that the manager could use a little additional training on politeness and etiquette for call in orders or people on the phone. I have been a little taken aback at how the people calling in to place orders or ask questions have been treated. I do like I said they're boneless buffalo wings they used to be very good I haven't had them in several years again it's difficult for me to get in and out of the restaurant being...
Read moreMust be new employees with little to no training or the ownership has decided to go cheap on the quality/quantity. Myself and crew order lunch every Thursday and today I decided on a small taco pizza which I've had in the past. OMG!!! like what happened? When I picked up the unopened box, it felt like I was holding a empty box? They use a chili based sauce for the taco pizzas and I could Barely find any on this pizza. So what I got was a onion, pepper & tomato pizza covered with nacho chips. $14.25 + tax, OUCH!!! 2nd follow up comment: Get this everyone, The owner contacted me promptly and made this disappointing episode into a very satisfying experience. Obviously a stand up individual with the resolve to make things right. I highly recommend Turners...
