Denny's — Restaurant in Montana

I wouldn’t recommend dining here with your family if you are multi-racial or black. Our family came into to dine in for dinner. My husband is Hispanic and I am Jamaican (black) and white, and our daughter is a mix between us both. We where seated, and waited 30 minutes until my husband had to get up and ask what was going on. There where that 3 tables, where served before us, even though all 3 tables came in after us, all 3 tables had white guests…I told my husband let’s not assume it was racism…but then we saw all 3 other tables get water and their food while we where sitting there, we where not even given 3 glasses of water, or even utensils. My husband had to get up and approach a waitress and ask why we where not being served. Shortly after she came over and took our order she was sweet. Even though we still don’t understand why where ignored for 30 minutes. We waited patiently for our food and utensils though every other table had utensils and food. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich and I ordered the California club. His sandwich had no brisket inside of it and my sandwich was suppose to come with avocado and cheese and had neither. Our food had a strange taste to it as well. As if it had been cooked with all purpose cleaning. When the waitress asked us if our food was okay we told her how there was a mistake on both our plates. She said she would talk to the cook. An old lady with a hump on her back came out and told us she took care of our bill, and coldly said good night. Didn’t apologize for inconvenience, simply acted like it was our fault. A brisket sandwich with no brisket. Was somehow our fault. She never offered to remake the food. She didn’t even give us an option. She just said nastily and coldly “I took care of your bill good night.” She just dismissed us like we are not human. We where the only ethic family in the entire Deny’s. And I have few word for you old lady with the back hump, glasses, and white hair. And the cook who messed up our order on purpose and the waitress who ignored us even though we where seated on her side, and she ignored our glares to get her attention. “A man or women should not be judged on the color of their skin but there character” that was well said by Martin Luther King Jr! My husband is a commercial driver and delivers all over the 50 states so, small, dirty, simpletons like you can have your favorite things in your Targets, Walmart, and Starbucks and where ever you buy toilet papers to wipe your dirty bum! Our money is no different then anyone else’s. And I feel bad for disgusting humans like you who believe because you have liver spots on your hands and arms, and less pigment in your skin you are better then someone else! You all deserve to rot in hell, but from the looks of it, God is punishing you already from the outside in. Get clean and stop using. Join a 12 step group. And realize we are not going anywhere! You will all of judgment day before God! And let me tell you this! ITS NOT SEGREGATED IN HEAVEN!!!!! Don’t worry about the speck in our eye while you have a PLANK! Shame on all of you! May God change your disgusting, evil hearts!

I don’t know what’s wrong with this place but after work me and my buddy whom is black went in there for dinner at 8pm. Which the server was very rude she had an attitude which I could careless we took out order and she made a rude joke because i orders a shake and a banana spilt ice cream. And my friend took his order and she said you should get real food like him I’m like I’m fine thanks tho then she said we’ll be right out with that. So we sat there for pretty damn close to an hour waiting and I stopped the server and asked what the progress was on our order she said well our shake machine broke so we can’t do that shake anymore and our ice cream isn’t working either.. which I thought was really odd because across the way there is people drinking shakes that we just recently made. So she asked if I wanted anything I said no thank you thus we continued to keep sitting there for another an until my friend got his food. He finished his meal and we went to go pay and she said the amount and I said why is it so high we didn’t get half our order and she okay let me go ask the waiter and she said we got everything we asked for but my friend and I argued that we never got the shake nor the banana spilt long story short we ended up having to pay for everything even if we didn’t get half of it.. We came in at 8pm we waited 20 minutes to be seated when the restaurant wasn't even busy at all! After being seated we waited almost 10 minutes for the 1 waitress to come get our drink and food orders. Mind you there were only 3 other tables with people in the entire place. The waitress seemed very distracted while taking our order. This is the worst service I've ever seen and I've ran restaurants myself. Management really needs help. And the wait staff could definitely use better training. And you definitely need more staff even for your slow hours. Im very unhappy with the service alone. I haven't even gotten my order yet and it's been 45 minutes already. Once our food came out my dinner companion order the santa fe skillet and it was nothing like it use to be hardly any potatoes and just small portions I ordered the avacodo burger with onion rings the burger was ok but i got literally 5 of them. We even spoke to the manager and I felt as though we weren't heard. Definitely the quality and the quantity have gone down hill. We have been regular customers.
