Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Montana

We were staying at an AirBnB in Livingston. We left VERY specific instructions with Uber Eats on the delivery location. I copied it from the AirBnB.

We called the manager of Dominos and they say they did not get the instructions. The driver takes our pizza back to the store instead of calling or messaging us. (It's 15 min away.) I had to call in twice to finally get the order. We thought it took so long because they remade it.

Nope, they sent back the same order now over well over 30 minutes late.

Covid is over, there is no need for this.

We spent $50 on one cold pizza and cheesy tots.

Neither Uber Eats or Domino's will take responsibility for missing the notes even though from my side of the app we can see the notes were sent.

We've ordered from the Dominoes for a few years now and had see always had our fix delivered. Tonight I ordered my food and nothing.... had to call then and ask about my order... was told they could not find my address and would have a second driver deliver my order... an hour later, nothing. Called again to be told that they tried contacting me and gave he a bs number, you have to give them your phone number when you order online. Another person called my husband, the original number with the order, and said that they were to busy to deliver my order and hung up on my husband.... 2 1/2 hours later no refund.. nothing. Ordered a pizza around 11:30-pm-12am ish got it before 12:30 am! They got our order wrong only got the soda right! My husband calls they declined his phone calls! So he drives up there before closing (they closed at 1 am it was only like 12:30 am ish! He goes there only a 6 min drive and he gets told they closed when there supposed to be open till 1 am! They refused to make a new order! Which they should! Worse dominos ever! Won’t go there again! The only decent thing they said was refund us our money back but the sad part is, is that there starving someone that has not ate all day!
