I had heard from other reviews that Florence was better than Seattle coffee. Being from Seattle, and having tasted the best houses there, I wanted to try it out. My expectations were not high, as I was guessing that review was hyperbole. The barista did not follow my instructions when I asked her to customize the size. I wanted two 6 ounce cappuccinos, and an espresso macchiato, or 2 shots with 2 ounces of milk. All three were about 10 ounces. And the flavor was not good either. I always order the same coffee with three different flavors because I drink coffee like a child and the folks here always get it right. Fr they be dippin both lips. The coffee here and at every location is always good, however it’s ridiculous that it takes so long to get through a line on three cars. We waited 35+ minutes the last time. Personally I think the company should look into larger huts, like Dutch bro’s, and employ more people per hut. They’re to popular of a place now for the size of their kiosks.
