I had 2 visits for routine screenings and follow-up on a previous health concern. The staff is wonderful. I didn't have to wait long and yet never felt rushed or dismissed. They go above and beyond to let you know you are safe, heard, and that you matter as a person. Also, there's posters and pamphlets galore for health education and personal uplift. Ruby was the best healthcare provider I've ever had--she was kind, honest, and personable, and she listened to me as I explained my history and concerns. She took the time to pulse check my overall health and to answer all my questions and educate me on the things I needed to understand. She also explained every thing she was doing during the exam. What a gift and blessing to me, as I haven't been able to afford more doctor visits in the last couple of years, and am not accustomed to being cared for like this in a doctor's office. You all are doing something very right at this clinic. Your compassion and sincerity are powerful. Your encouragement and care for my overall well-being let me know I could trust you. I came in as I thought I was pregnant and was in need of medication to discontinue it. Turned out I actually wasn’t but I wanted to come on here in hopes planned parenthood of Helena would see this as I wish I would have thought to say this while I was there. Thank you so much for what you guys are doing including the staff who were so so friendly and welcoming when I came in and when I called. And of course thank you to the nurse who helped me and did my ultrasounds. The whole vibe of the environment was so positive and inclusive. You guys truly make all women and everyone with a uterus feel safe to be there. Thank you for what you do and what you guys have to put up with I know it’s a lot considering the horrible health care for people with a uterus in this day and age as unfortunate as it is. If I had the money I would donate thousands every month. But until then just wanted to the bare minimum and thank you again for doing the work of a true saint. You guys are absolutely amazing. So happy to know I can come back if I ever deal with another issue like I had again. Thank you everyone at planned parenthood! We love you...

I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I needed my IUD replaced and I'm from out of state (recently moved to MT), so I really had no idea where to go. I couldn't find any reviews regarding this procedure, so I chose Planned Parenthood with the hopes that they are well known and therefore have a lot riding on their reputation. First off, the gal at the front desk, Devon (sp?) was extremely patient, kind, and informative; she never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions, not even for a second. Alyssa is the woman who did the procedure, and she was thorough, clear, patient, and gentle the entire time. Additionally, she had a calming and confident presence, which helps the energy of the whole thing a lot. I was even given a juice box afterwards, which was such a nice, thoughtful gesture of them after getting my uterus probed, lol. All in all, I cannot recommend this...
