Burger King — Restaurant in Helena

I want to say for this BK it is the one my son will walk to and as a family we eat more often then any other fast food. YES it has struggles YES most the employees are a joke. I still wonder why majority of the time there is 1 in drive thru and 1 in back and few times 1 for lobby. Order taker receives order, collects money, rushes to other window makes drinks, bags and hands out order. That baffles me. I have seen employees run back and forth and plenty of times run into each other or smack into there shake machine and get hurt. On that note the general manager or main managed Nicki has worked so hard to maintain this Bk and works as much or more then others. Yes it is her job but if she was able to train and provide a well designed crew then alot of the complaints would not be about times and lack of product. There will ALWAYS be complaints but majority of the issues are fixable but Nicki isnt given alot to work with. MAIN THING IS THE MANAGER ISNT GIVEN THE PROPER TOOLS THEN THE ESTABLISHMENT JUST UNRAVELS. Explaining the employees burning out due to having to work as 3 employees on top of there own work, food quality declines and therefore a place that people dont choose to go but...

I gave these guys the benefit of the doubt too many times. I swear I've been there when only one person has been working. One time I sat at the drive thru waiting to order for 15 min. When they finally showed up they had to give me a list of everything they were out of first. Which were so many things, they were never going to be able to place my order. Another time I had to park and wait for my food.... it never came. I had to call and ask them where it was. They had no idea what I was talking about. I had to tell the guy three times my order over an hour span. Ya, I know I'm an idiot for putting up with it that long. When I finally got my order, a quarter of it was right. I swear they must have thrown in every mixed up order from that point of the night to try to make it right. I went home with more food but not even close to what I ordered. The manager was doing his best and begged me not to call his supervisor. When your store is that bad The owners need to show up and start working. Shame on you owners, allowing your staff to fail like that. You are always short staffed and out of product. You might...

So I have no idea who these other reviewers are giving this place low ratings, but this is my favorite Burger King in Helena! Unlike the other two burger kings in Helena, which are busy and small inside, here there is plenty of room and off meal times it's super relaxed and not busy.

Not only is it new, and huge inside, but it's clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Everyone has been nice here but especially the afternoon and evening crew. David has been really nice to us, and also Trinity, but Joseph seems to be the master of customer service. He is Outgoing and goes WAY out of the way to make my kids happy! He really makes them feel welcome, and me too. That's VERY unusual these days!

It's close to our church so it's nice to come when we're leaving service or worship practice. They even have a little video game console for my kids to play free games.

The other burger kings should pay attention to how things are done at this one, they can learn something. I've felt essentially like a number when I ordered and ate there. Not so here! It's worth the extra drive away from the freeway.
