I should first say that we dined at this restaurant two times over a family vacation, and the pizza is very good to excellent. On the second dining experience, we had a party of seven people. While eating our pizza, one of the young men in our party painfully pulled something out of his mouth. It was a rather large piece of sharp, broken glass or plastic, about the size of a coin! He said it was literally was in the pizza dough or topping, and it caused a small cut inside his mouth while chewing! I immediately took the piece of glass to the front and asked to speak to a manager. A young manager came out and I explained what had just happened. He took the piece of sharp glass and said “that’s odd, we don’t use any glass or plastic in our kitchen”. I’m sure he was nervous in the instance, but it certainly felt like he was inferring that we “planted” the piece of broken glass. I asked if he or his family owned the restaurant, and he said no, but he would definitely have the owners reach out to us. I offered to give our name and #, for contact purposes, but he said “I’ll just get it off your order” (I’m not even sure that info was on our order). A few days later, no contact from anyone. If something like that happened in my business, I’d be calling on a Sunday and falling all over myself to make it right. Just sayin....

Nov 7 2023: Visiting Whitefish celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary with my favorite person on earth. Read up before the trip and Jersey Boys was touted as a must visit. Well, the recommendations did not disappoint. We had the Garbage Can, an amazing mash up of their meat pizza and their vegetarian. It was delicious. And the house balsamic drizzle/sauce was the clincher. So good. Place was appropriately atmospheric for a ski town pizzeria, and the staff were friendly. Free wifi was icing on the cake when you are from out of country and too cheap to buy data. The savings went towards this fine establishment. The pie was reasonably priced though a bit high for a Canadian after conversion. Still worth it. The box art was almost as impressive as the pizza! Wish I lived closer. Highly highly recommend. Mar 24 2024 update: we're baaaack! Had the Garbage Can, again. Still as delicious as the first time. Will need to try something different next time. We brought our three kids this time so also tried the Pepperoni Bread with BBQ dipping sauce. It was devoured quickly. My kids are excited to color the fantastically designed pizza box. Service was friendly and helpful, again. Highly...

Love the food but not a fan of the business practices. We have been going here since we moved to this area and although it started off great they now require a 15% tip for the staff on all orders over $100. I have a family of six so for my that's every order.

I have no problem tipping for great service and although I don't love the requirements they have put on orders I can almost understand the delivery orders... However a $60 tip on a $400 order is steep in my opinion for the delivery guy/girl. That was the total of our last order. We always have people over and order from them all the time.

What really got me was that I have to tip this $60 on my last order for a pick up. I alway leave something on togo orders as I know that a server is still doing the hard work to prepare the order. But this is laughable on a pick up order from a pizza shop.

Unfortunately they have really upset a loyal customer and as I started sharing the story around town to people that I know they have also upset others too.

If you need to charge more than do that... If you need to pay your employees more then do that.... but this is the wrong way to...

4 stars. Stopped in on a Saturday night around 5:15 pm. Restaurant was half filled while the kitchen staff feverishly worked the ovens and prep areas. We ordered fried raviolis ($9.50) with a side of marinara sauce ($0.50) along with an 18” BBQ Chicken Pizza ($26). Upon completion of the order, the cashier told us it’d be an hour and a half before the order would be ready. No worries. We checked out the various shops in downtown and eventually made our way back at 6:45 pm. Food was ready as promised so we picked everything up and went back to the hotel to watch NBA playoff basketball and eat. Fried raviolis were average though we did get an extra two pieces (Thanks!). The bbq chicken pizza was pretty good. Thin crust and baked just right, the flavors were nice. Only thing that would’ve made it better was slightly more chicken next time. All-in with tax and tip ran us $42.48 for dinner. Not bad given today’s inflationary environment.
