The 1st night I stayed Nancy was very kind However the tub in the Room was gross with a big ring around it and hair. The 2nd night Beth was okay until I mentioned the tub the previous night, and just said that is very unusual. Typically you would apologize, but whatever it was late and I was exhausted, was also looking forward to using the 24hr hot tub. The room was really dirty, splattered stuff on the mirror, TV, hair in both beds and pillows smelled of sweat and looked like they hadn't been changed, hair on the counter in the bathroom even. So I asked to change rooms, no apology again, but a rather frustrated of course you did. The 2nd room also had hair in the beds, both beds, a big stain or dirt on top of the bed spread, pillows also looked really gross. The tubs were also ringed, just gross, the shelf in the shower was literally brown, its a white shower, hair on the shower curtain, stuff on the wall next to the toilet. I guess I expected a clean room during a pandemic, definitely clean pillow cases at least. I went down to just get a refund, as Beth was getting off shift she rolled her eyes when I explained to Nancy about the cleanliness. Nancy was very apologetic and nice, she understood that I didn't want to switch rooms, or hotels, that it was actually a complete inconvenience for ME the CUSTOMER. That I wasn't gaining anything from switching rooms or hotels. I hope that Beth can be trained to have more compassion and realize that no one wants to sleep in someone else's body hair, and that switching rooms is not enjoyable or wanted. I travel a lot, and always inspect the beds before I get in. There shouldn't be body hair or any hair in the beds and there most certainly should be clean smelling pillows that aren't obviously stained or dirty. Read moreWe thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this Hampton. We arrived early and were graciously checked in to our room since it was available. Unlike other hotels who charge a fee for early check in, Hampton is happy to welcome you in when the room is ready. Each lady at the front desk greeted us warmly and welcomed us. ||We booked a king studio which had a mini-kitchen with fridge, microwave, sink. The room was spacious with ample work space, wonderfully comfortable king bed, excellent air conditioning. The bathroom not only had plenty of space for toiletries on either side of the single sink but a shelf ran above the entire length of the counter to add even more space. Excellent water pressure in the shower and a spotless room left us with nothing but compliments for Whitefish Hampton. ||We had just arrived from several days in Glacier National Park so we were delighted to use the spotless laundry room. Rolls of quarters and laundry soap pods and dryer sheets were available (for a fee) at the front desk. So nice not to have to go spend the day at a laundromat! ||The included breakfast was as good as most any other ‘included breakfast’ offering and we are definitely fans of the “coffee available all day” and the little snack shop on site. Other amenities available to guest are a well lighted, free parking area, indoor pool and small gym, shuttle service. ||The location is about a mile out of the town center but there are ample businesses for food shopping,travel supplies and restaurants very nearby.||We highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites...

I recently stayed at the Hampton and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had, primarily because of the incredible customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
The front desk greeted me with warm smiles and took extra care to ensure my check-in process was smooth and efficient. They even gave me a personalized recommendation for nearby restaurants and even offered to shuttle me free of charge. The attention to detail was outstanding – they made sure I had everything I needed without even having to ask.
Throughout my stay, every interaction with the hotel staff was a positive one. The housekeeping team made sure my room was spotless and replenished with fresh amenities every day.
The hotel's management also deserves a special mention for their approachability and genuine care for their guests.
