McDonald's — Restaurant in Montana

Wow....I stopped by to get a happy meal. The drive through menu said $5 for a hamburger happy meal....drinks listed as included said that a bottle of Dasani water was one of the choices. When I got to the window...she tried to charge me $5.20 When I asked what the 20 cent was for....she said it was for the water. What? The menu said that Dasani water was included. Just like milk or apple juice....it was INCLUDED in the $5. I said I was not going to pay the 20 cents when the menu said it was included. So the girl at the window said "fine, I will pay the 20 cents". And then when I got to the next window....they gave me a glass of tap water.....so basically they ripped me off. I paid for a bottle of Dasani water....like the.menu says comes with the meal. If I knew they were gonna give me tap water....I would have taken the milk. And the girl popped her head around and said "I paid the 20 cents for your water". So...I got tap water when I should have gotten bottled water or could have gotten milk or apple juice....and the staff are proud they covered 20 cents for tap water". I would like to hear from the manager and I want to be compensated for the drink I paid for...

Overall the accuracy of orders is under 50% of the time I have been to this McDonalds. Make sure to check your items before leaving as more than one time now we have gotten someone else's order. We normally check it but they told us everything in our order and asked if that was ours so we assumed they had the right bag. They didn't. Almost 100% of the time they make you pull forward and wait in the front. One time my vehicle got damaged because of it because their garbage can was sideways and the wind blew it into my vehicle. If I hadn't of had to pull forward that wouldn't have happened (it would have just gone down the highway). For the most part the crew is friendly but our last experience they refused to correct their error and almost an hour later we finally got to eat (not kidding) and as they made us keep the parts of someone else's order that matched we had half our food cold which ended up in the trash. We have never really had much issue with other McDonalds in the area, just this...

this mcdonalds like all in Missoula area have a staff that does not have any respect for us senior citizens. they are rude, abusive and traet customers like myself horribly. i am done with Missoula Montana mcdonalds. The owner ignores letters.

I am disabled right now from a head on collision and my wife is disable. We ordered coffees latte from mobile app and waited 20 minutes and no coffee. I walked to the drive through to get their attention and five minutes later the "manager" came out and told me their machine was not working and we would have to order something else and if it was more we would have to pay the difference

I told him we have waited 20 minutes and he said "I dont care" btw the car we drove has disabled vet license plates and he stared at the plates.

I am done as a semitic senior citizen being disrespected at Missoula and now lolo mcdonalds. Shame...
