Everything was great until I looked in through the drive through window and noticed a gentleman with slick back hair, plaid button-up shirt wearing a bracelet and another person preparing my food without gloves. I'm not sure if either of them even had a uniform on.
Another red flag was that it took me 20 minutes to get home. I expected my food to be maybe slightly cold but when I pulled out the sandwiches none of the cheese had melted at all and they were nearly ice cold. If the burgers were anywhere near fresh when they were made the cheese would have at least melted even a little. The cheese could have fallen off the patties they were so cold.
The only good part about my visit was the gentleman that took my order was kind and very friendly and that all of my sandwiches had bacon even though I only ordered 2 with bacon but that was quickly ruined because the bacon was also nearly ice cold. My goodness people step your quality game up.

I awlays try to be as polite as possible. These people absolutely don't care that they are there. Have no sense of duty or encouragement. I don't to much blame them. Customer service is hard. Honestly though even a returned smile goes further then what they could provide. This place sucks I feel bad for the people here. I for one hope I never have a craving for this places food again. Made an order on the mobile app they failed to tell me that upon picking up my order that they were out so I circled back around to find out myself they were out of the item I was missing then I asked for a comparable item which they said they couldn't switch it I needed to call the customer service in the app. I get you have guidelines to follow and policies. But for a 2$ product I don't see the issue with just comping to make up for the lacked item. Tldr these people hate you and don't want you to come here...
Read moreBurger king seems to be the only place serving burgers during breakfast time, so my first experience with that was great, so I decided to use this option and had the worst experience today.
First I should say it all started at the desk when I wanted to order. I asked for a burger and the staff member told me exactly this phrase “we don’t sell burgers, we serve breakfast now!” So I asked again “don’t you make burgers now?” He repeated “we serve breakfast”. I almost turned to go away but then another lady came (maybe his manager) and he added “but we can make a burger”. I was confused and said “only if it’s not too much trouble for you to make one, I want a burger, not a breakfast meal”. He replied “if it’s not a trouble for you to wait for around 5-6 min”. I AGREED!
So, 5 min later I got my burger… absolutely cold, the bun wasn’t fresh and it also had pickles on it when I asked without them but anyways, how ridiculous it is to wait for 5 min for a fresh burger and get some...
