Belgiovine's Italian Deli — Restaurant in Montclair

Quick deli spot close to MAM on Bloomfield Ave. Have stopped by a few times before/during/after events with the family. It is a bit of a strange layout with a dining area in a connected storefront space and the deli counter in the other storefront space. They would be well served to have a professional designer help them with this layout as there is something "off" about the setup. Not feng shui maybe? The deli area is bustling and the dining area seems wasted space as it has been empty every time we visited. Also a couple times my kids wanted pizza and they were either out or low selection. They have a nice pizza oven in the deserted dining area but it didn't even seem on? On the positive side the sandwiches are very good. The bread is fresh and meat sliced freshly. I don't eat meat and am mildly allergic to eggplant so the only sandwiches on the menu I really eat here are mozzarella-based and very good. Mozz is fresh and tasty. My family always loves their food, too. We probably won't make a special trip but will definitely return when we need a quick bite...

This place is awesome. I go again and again and again. I send my family. I send my friends, I send my co-workers. Everyone has the same outcome, no matter what you get. We Loved It ! There are a zillion sandwich places in New Jersey. This is in the top class of them. They use nicolos bakery Breads. Which is a top notch Bakery\Italian deli in it's own right. Belgiovine sandwiches, made perfect. Their Homemade pastas(Ravioli's)and soups, are made like the old Italian way. With perfection. Their sausage stuffed little peppers are to die for ! Rice balls,are great too. They go off the italian beat a little bit and they offer All different types of stuffed egg rolls. Corned beef,Chicken,Sausage, etc But let me tell you.
