Fire Noodles Food Trailer — Restaurant in Monte Vista

Me and my wife finally tried Fire Noodles after hearing multiple people rave about how good the food was, and we were not disappointed! I ordered the regular lo mein with tofu and those were some of the best noodles I’ve had. My wife had the Crestone noodles and they packed a good punch of spice without being too much. The spring rolls were so fresh and the peanut sauce they come with adds a delicious taste on top! I also ordered a spam masubi and it was fantastic! On top of all of the amazing food, the service was fantastic and our food came out quick. We will definitely be going back and I highly recommend everyone gives it a try! I've been there twice in the last week to get the crestone. If you love heat, get the regular crestone with the Serrano peppers in it. If you're like me, that can't handle the heat get it without. the noodle bowl is excellent, with or without them. The couple that own the place are really nice and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place to anybody that lives in montevista or the surrounding areas or just passing through. you can definitely tell that they take a lot of time with preparation for their dishes and it's well worth it. My husband and I love spicy food. We tried the Pad Thai with spicy soy chicken at medium spice — it was a killer! I wouldn’t recommend it if you can’t handle bold flavors, but for us it was perfect. We also saw a few reviews saying it wasn’t flavorful — that wasn’t our experience at all.
