We were driving through Monte Vista after spending the day at Great Sand Dunes National Park on vacation. I wasn't hungry, but my sonwas starving. I was very skeptical about eating Thai food in a small town in Colorado because where we're from, there is an abundance of great Thai restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised! My son had the massaman curry, which he said is probably one of the best ones that he has eaten. He has travelled to Thailand several times due to his job and eats at high-end restaurants as well as street stalls, but said this one was up there with the best. I had the tom kha soup, which was delicious. Instead of Thai chili, it had jalapenos, but maybe they aren't readily available out in the middle of practically nowhere. The soup was delicious and very flavorful, a tad salty for me (I try to stick to a low sodium diet, so most everyplace I eat is too salty), but my son loved it. The food temperature was super hot, which I liked. The ambience was like a small town family restaurant. Service was very good and friendly. There seemed to be a lot of regulars dining in because the owner asked if they wanted the usual. I'll probably never go back to Monte Vista, but if anyone does, please try this family restaurant. It is so good and the prices are cheap for the portion sizes. The food at the other tables looked delicious and from the people's reactions and comments overhead, it was good! Highly...

Fresh, Flavorful, and Worth the Visit! This new Thai Bangkok restaurant is a fantastic addition to our town! You can tell they took their time to get everything just right before opening. The Thai flavors are bold and authentic, and the ingredients are impressively fresh—from the quality of the meats to the sliced tomatoes in the sauces.

I especially enjoyed the Thai rice with small fried pieces of pineapple. I’m usually not a fan of pineapple in savory dishes, but the tropical touch really worked here. And the Thai Tea? Perfection. I’m quite particular about it, but this one had just the right balance of flavor and sweetness.

If you’re looking for a delicious, well-crafted meal in a welcoming setting, I highly recommend giving...

Really good food. Lots of flavors in every bite. The shrimp was excellent. I had pad thai with a number 3 heat index. Was perfect. Just a little bite to it. You might want to start with a 2 if you don't like the heat. The spring roll was cut in portions and was so easy to eat. And the sauce. Oh my! Was really good. My cousin had the pineapple fried rice. She said it was really really good. We had the gyoza, but ate it before I could get the picture :o) It did not dissapoint. The service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive. The restaurant is very clean. The restrooms were a little strange with the sink being in the hallway, but were clean. Lots of...

We have been traveling for more than a week and more than 4000 miles all through the west states, this restaurant is like being walking for hours in the desert and see a "cold beer" sign. We had so many Mex food and hamburgers, nothing against that food but we were so desperate for a different choice and we got this Thai, in the middle of nowhere (no offence to the people that live in this lovely place) and we never expected such quality of food, my son who is always ordering chicken teriyaki told me is the best he had. My green curry chicken was delicious not to mention the egg rolls. This place is a miracle. Congratulations for the place, I can imagine the work you put on it.
