China Garden Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Monte Vista

We went in the early evening. Easy wheelchair access. The waitress was helpful and friendly and the food was delicious and plentiful. I am adding to the original review I made a year or so ago. This Chinese restaurant is the best one in our area. The amount of food they serve for the price is amazing. You can get your fill and have plenty to take home for later. The food is always fresh and delicious and the wait staff is very attentive. They have a dinner menu that includes your choice of one or two of the most popular dishes. It includes your choice of one of two soups, rice, an eggroll and a rangoon. They have a full menu with pretty much every chinese entree you can think of . Everytime we go I wonder why there arent people lined up waiting to get a table. (Of course I am glad there isn't) I love this place. My only regret is not leaving a big enough tip. (Accidentally) You would be crazy to pass...

This was our first time eating at this restaurant. We were highly impressed! We got seated and waited on very quickly.

I ordered the Sesame Chicken (came with broccoli) and my husband ordered the Mixed rice. We also ordered egg rolls and they were delicious! The food was delicious and served hot and the portions are huge! We ate our fill and we still had enough leftovers for a second meal. We had great service and we hope to eat there again before we leave this area.

I wanted to update on our experience with China Garden. We ate here two more times before we left the area. We had a great experience every time. Well, work has me in Monte Vista Colorado for an entire week. I decided to try something different but was staying in since I have to pack. Was in the mood for chinese. Monte Vista is an extremely small town, so this was the only chinese game in town. Although the reviews weren't half bad so I thought I would give it a go. The food was delivered to my room, and it was still extremely hot when I served myself. I wasn't going out at all today, so I ordered beef and broccoli and pepper steak.
