Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montebello

Si I ordered online today and there’s this girl who messed up my order. I order a large pizza and cheese bread sticks with some rewards points that I have so I only had to pay like 12 dollars out of my pocket. I called to see if they can reschedule my pizza from 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm they are useless they couldn’t not even the manager change the schedule time for later. So this girl canceled my order and “tried” to reschedule but she didn’t know how. So I went to pick up my order and there was no order, she canceled couldn’t reschedule I lost my order and my rewards points. So ended up with nothing. The worst part is that they seem not to care. They just want to get on with their day the easiest way possible. Anyways the pizza here is starting to be really bad, I ordered a stuff crust pizza a few times and it’s so undercooked has no flavor it’s just plain bad for the price. I swear Chuck n cheese’s pizza it’s way better and better taste! I have made reports about this issues to their website but they don’t improve at all on the other hand they are worst than before. Manager Marian😡 very rude has a very bad attitude...she mixes orders loose tickets makes wrong orders and service is bad I waited over an hour for 2 medium pizzas and a family waited longer after me...Customers are constantly walking out cause of how long they take. A customer walked out and Marian called the order out and many customers in line told her she left...and her rude comment in front of other customer was oh well her lost....imagen what she say of other customers...very unprofessional for a manager...I did approach her and told her she don't need to rude and let her know I will call corporate and her respond I don't care... I'm a regular there I never had a problem there...and this is not the first time on Superbowl night she had the same attitude toward customers...Customer where waiting 2 to 3 hours for there pizza's.... I'm only giving a start because the cashier who took my order was super polite to me....wish I had...

Absolutely horrible customer service. The website says this location closes at 1am. I placed my order at 12;32 am. I called at 12:50 to let them know I was going to arrive at 1.. The person who answered was rude. They said they were already closed and would not allow me to speak. I tried to explain my order was placed but he continued to cut me off and hung up on me.

I said that I would be there right at 1am but he said I couldn't pick up the pizza and again kept cutting me off. I arrived at 1:01 am just to see if my pizza was ready and it was.

They are getting one star because someone belught our pizza to us eventhough the toppings were wrong
