I was at the drive through today for lunch and ordered a Superstar combo with a coke and 2 orders of their 2 for 6.99 Famous stars. The drive through present gave me my order and gave me the okay that everything was there. When I got home to eat my lunch with my family. I was missing my Superstar Hamburger. I was very upset and called immediately to let them know that I was missing a hamburger. I called the restaurant but no one answered. So I kept calling until someone at the restaurant answered. I don't remember who I spoke to. but she did talk to her service manger to have for me drive down to pick up a new burger. I was really upset to see the manger wasn't there to meet me and apologize for the drive through presenter and runner mix-up. When front counter person gave me my hamburger, it was placed in a brown carl's paper bag sitting on a heating area where most of the food is kept warm. I was shocked ever further when they didn't even offer me a fresh made hamburger. Instead I got a cold hamburger and it was still the wrong hamburger. I got a Famous Star again , so what happen to my Superstar!! I was shocked again when I got home wondering why the owner operator would have so many untrained employees working there who don't even know the product. I had to still buy new fries because the ones I got earlier were cold and dry. My drink was water down ,and I was surprised with the manger their who didn't even replace my fries for hot fries and my flat drink. I would like for corporation area supervisor to shop this carl's Jr. in Monterey Park soon for the bad service I got there. It is really sad to know that this franchise is hurting the carl's Jr. name. I did read recent reviews on bad service at this store after I left and wasn't surprised. There were cops outside this is the only Carl's Jr Monterey Park this was not suitable not safe not healthy environment for my children and family online reads it is closed I did see customers sitting in; some homeless and some thug I than decided to go on a chat group called Monterey Park life where a woman had posted her elderly father was robbed at Carl's Jr his backpack very sad very devastating. i feel for the family at the same time the elderly man should not be out by himself moving on since when does Carl's Jr give out a previous receipt from another paying customer regardless of the situation it was posted that Carl's Jr gave out a receipt that was used with a stolen EBT card. How does this current manager at Carl's Jr know that the EBT card was stolen ? There is no way of knowing . I work for LA county for years Moving along since early 2020. Read moreThis has got to be the worst Carl’s Jr. I have ever been to. There is a very long wait at the drive-thru and once you get to the speaker box, nobody greets you to let you know that they know you’re there and will get to you shortly. After waiting a good 10-12 minutes or so, the person that took my order lacked customer service skills. A dark skinned Indian man was the one that took my order and messed it up 🤦🏻♀️. I ordered a SPICY double western cheeseburger combo with fried zucchini and a BOTTLED WATER. When I got to the window to pay, he hands me a cup of water. I told him that I wanted a bottled water, NOT a cup of water, he then tells me that they are out of bottled water. He failed to tell me that beforehand. So I got annoyed and just got a coke, I also think that he purposely did not want to give me my receipt until I asked for it. When I got home to check my bag and receipt, my order was wrong and the fried zucchinis tasted old and refried. My coke was really watered down. I also felt like I was up-charged too for my meal. I don’t know why the cashier says POSTMATE 🤔 considering I ordered at the drive thru. I just got off a 10 hour shift.
