Taco Bell — Restaurant in Monterey Park

I had ordered 2 bean and rice burritos 2 cars outside only three including me waiting for order. The 2 customers received there orders . Me still waiting ...15min go by. Almost twenty minutes went by. I GOT EXSTREANLY UPSET ABOUT THIS AND DEMANDED MY LILBORRITOES TO BE GIVEN IF READY!!! THEY HAD NOT MADE MY ORDER UNTIL I SCREAM AT THEM ABOUT THERE DISCRIMINATORY I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE BUT FOIND OUT FROM ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAVING A BREAK IN DINNING AREA ...ID ASKED HER DID THEY SOMEHOW KNOW THAT I WAS GOING TO SHOW UP AND AN EMPLOYEE THAT WAS FROM ARMY OR MARINES IF HE WAS PUT IN PLACE AS EMPLOYEE WHEN ID ARRIVED AT FASTFOOD STORE SHE SHOOK HER HEAD YES!!!!! THE VA HAS BEEN HAVING SOME ATCIVE DUTY AND OR VETERANS AROUND ME FROM A DISTANCE WATCH ME FOR A REASON I WANT TO KNOW ..WHY!!! IM GETTING FLIPPING REALY ANGERY ABOUT THIS !;!&:&:.!!!!!! AND I WANT THIS !;#&:; TO STOP!!!!! OR I WILL ROUND UP A ATTORNEY AND LEGALLY RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. WHEN I WENT TO FINANCE THE TRUCK IDRIVE THRU newroadautoloans.com at the dealers store in Montclair there was 2 -3 so called salesmen ...they were NOT SALESMEN THERE!!! THEY WERE MARINES IN CIVILIANS CLOTHS!! I COULD TEL THEY DID NOT BELONE THE AT THE DEALERSHIP AS EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE THER IN CASE I WAS TO GO BALISTIKE IF ID SEEN THE REPORTS AFTER I SIGNED THE CONTRACT . I GOT HOME AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FOLDED SIGN CONTRACT WAS 2 CRASH REPORT THAT I NEW NOTHING ABOUT!!!!- THAT IS NOT THE ONLEY STORY I CAN SAY Cause THERE AR MORE AND I HAVE PLANS TO CALL SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY THRU VA AND CIND OUT WHAT THE HELLL AND WHY ARE THEY TORMENTING ME FOR THE LAST 2 1/2 YEARS.

I FINALLY RECIEVE MY ORDER WHENT TO MY TRUCK OFFERED ONE TO A CARPOOL PERSON ID PICKUP AS A FAVOR TO TACK HIM HOME FROM NORWALK TO LA PUENTE. WE BIT INTO BURRITOS AND SOMETHING INSIDE WAS VERY MUCH WROTTEN OR VERY BAD PAST DATED. I WENT BACK AND DEMANDED MY MONEY BACK TELLING THE MABAGER FOR HIM TO TAKE A BIT!!!!!! GOT MY REFUND....AND I WILL NEVER GO TO A TACOBELL STORE TO ORDER UNTIL THE SHOW PROOF ABOUT THE FOOD BEING WITHIN THE TRO AWAY TIME AND HOW MUCH TIME WILL MY LIL ORDERS WILL TAKE IN FUTURE. ILL NOT RECOMEND ANY TACO BELL TO ANYON UNTILL I TELL THEM MY...

GO TO A DIFFERNT TACO BELL! THE PROBLEMS WERE SEEMINGLY NEVER ENDING! TERRIBLE PLACE NEVER EVER RETURNING. The staff was a little rude and kept rushing my order. Then when I got up to the window and handed my food I asked the worker if there was a straw in the bag and she hurriedly handed me my food and said yes. When I got to my destination there was mo straw not napkins. Which is frustrating especially since I ASKED prior to leaving. Next the food was very gross. I tasted it and it had a strange taste then on further examination the meat was disgusting and the look churned my stomach. Lastly the drinks, I ordered a lemonade which was watered down so much it tasted like water with lemon. And the orange juice, which is in it's own prepackaged bottle, had a bitter taste and tasted like the food. All in all horrible experience, I dont even know how a prepackaged bottle gets the taste of the food but there...

The guy who took our order has absolutely terrible customer service skills! He mumbled our order back to us with a bad attitude..he just looked like he hated life working there. The. Whole we were eating...he would constantly walk to where we were eating and would act as if he was moving things around on the tables he JUST cleaned and checked 3 times. Like dude..relax....nothing has been moved cuz nobody has even touched the tables...and every time he would "fix" a table..he'd oddly shifted his body to look at me every time. it was very very odd. Made me feel very uncomfortable and never will I go back to that location again. Also while waiting for our food (which took like waaaay longer than expected like about 15 mins or longer)..I noticed the cars in the drive thru has been sitting there for about the same amount of time or even longer since I sat down. That place needs a brand new staff that's...
