The wings are good, but the service isn’t. First they make everybody wear mask which technically is not mandatory but it is a private business which is understanding why they require it. But if they are requiring mask, they should at least provide them. Also, the thing that got me more upset was that they require the children to wear mask. I came in with my 7 month old, I was wearing a mask but not my baby. They said that the baby also has to have a mask to come in. I was like what!? Really?! The good thing is my friend was with me so she waited outside while I ordered. I was going to just leave and not give them my business but I really wanted to try their wings. So if you have children even newborns, just expect them to tell you that EVERYONE needs a mask. The second thing was the prices. They have a board on the wall with a price listed next to each item but when they charge you at the register, they charge you a completely different price. This was a surprise to me because I was expecting X amount and had to pay a different amount. I know there is inflation going on but at least have the audacity to remove the prices on the board or at least let the customer know that the prices aren’t the same that’s on the board. Third thing, the hours! You can’t order over the phone! SMH! And the complaints go on…..

Read moreThe food is good. The service needs improvement though. It takes half a dozen calls to get someone to answer the phone. Then when you get there they seem to be a little disorganized. They wrote down my order wrong even after I repeated it twice and then she called me back to tell me they didn't have an 8 piece but they had a 10 piece. Lucky the lady who I spoke with when I got the repeated me order and I told her it was wrong. Hopefully they will get the bugs worked out. I love to support small businesses.

So they have been open over a year now and it seems like they are still having the same issue with the call in orders. It takes a long time to get them on the phone, and I feel like this is the biggest part of their business (call in orders) considering no one wants to wait 30 minutes for their food to take it home. But it takes a long time to get someone on the phone and then while you're calling you aren't even sure they are open due to the inconsistency of their hours. I really enjoy the food and the owners are extremely nice and always try to fix any issue you have. I really hope they can do something about the call in order system. Read moreFood is okay, only go because it is the closest wing restaurant to me. Last experience is why I am writing this review as I never do. Ordered food online as you can not call in to order for whatever reason, to get all the way there to find out it’s sold out for what I ordered.
So I still got half of my order and told them to refund the second part. So the food that I still ordered comes out and the guy at the front gave me my food and acted like he wasn’t going to refund the order or acted like I forgot. So i asked for the refund and he says it’s going to take 24-48 hours before we can do that refund. I asked for a receipt of the refund and then he processed it and it magically came through immediately. If i would’ve just walked out and said okay, they would have kept my money and I probably would’ve had to dispute it with my bank smh.
