McDonald's — Restaurant in Montezuma

I visited the Montezuma store on Saturday. I placed an order for a 10 piece nugget meal, a deluxe quarter meal, two apple pies and and order of cookies. The total was 20.15. I was instructed to pull down to one of the parking spots to wait. The first mistake was my pies and cookies were missing I had to tell the employee that came to the car what I ordered which is the first mistake if you're telling me to pull down you should know what cars you instruct to park in the waiting area. My pies and cookies were left out of the bag therfore she went back in to bring them back. When I got home to eat all of my fries were cold and stiff which let's me know they were left under the light for awhile. My burger was cold and my bun was stiff. The nuggets I ordered for my daughter were also cold. This establishment is horrible I avoid eating there but it was my daughter's idea to go and try it out again and I was highly disappointed as usual. I'm sure The employees there wouldn't want this type of service if they were patronizing a restaurant. Something has to change there aren't many restaurants in this area and for me to spend over 20 on a meal and not be pleased with my service is a disservice for the customer. It's absolutely ridiculous. Just close already so maybe the city will bring a restaurant and owners that actually care about the customers who allow them to provide for there families. It's extremely to many young people there without instruction and...

The breakfast crew is awesome and the food they serve is on par with what I expect, except for the $8.xx price tag for a measly breakfast combo. That's where the good news ends. I've never, ever had a good experience there other than breakfast.

Sometimes the burgers and the shakes have a very strange and nauseating smell to them. It smells like nothing I can even describe and it is almost impossible to wash it off your hands. This alone makes me never want to eat there again. Sometimes the iced tea tastes like coffee. A worker told me once that they sometimes accidentally leave the iced coffee in the iced tea container before making the iced tea (which means they are too lazy to wash it out in between). Sometimes the fries are limp and soggy. Sometimes you might get soda in your iced tea. I got a coke tea twice. Not a pleasant experience.

The service (apart from breakfast) is atrocious. I asked for a refund on an order once and they ignored me for as long as possible until they realized I wasn't going away.

You just never know what you're going to get here and I feel like it's a food poisoning incident waiting to happen. I keep giving them a chance, hoping that something will change there but every time it improves it slips right back to the lowest of the low. My guess is they can't keep quality employees there for...

I'm usually not one to leave reviews but this place really made me mad. I went there twice today, the first time was for me, the second time was for my kids. The first time I went, I heard a customer (kindly) explaining to an employee what was wrong with her order, she wasn't being rude at all, and as soon as she walked out of the building the employees started talking bad about her loudly enough for me and the other customers to hear. Then, when I went back again that evening to get my kids food the employees were having a little group hang out in the front of the building with their friends and the employees inside were yet again talking bad about people and goofing off. Cursing and everything. And again, I had my children with me. To top it off my sandwich I ordered was burnt to a crisp which I didn't realize until I got home and opened it. This place is horrible. For being one of the only fast food places around you would think y'all would do better. So unprofessional. Get it together mcdonalds and hire better people to run your montezuma...
