I’m not even the type of person to leave a review.. but me and many others have called this place and different departments along with emailing them multiple times, even multiple different people all for no answer. Or if someone finally answers, they get your number, say they’ll call back, and they never do. I have even went up there in person twice and got zero help. If I showed my call log and email log it would be embarrassing how much I have tried to contact these people. I don’t know who is over these departments that never answer the phone, but something needs to be done. It’s actually very sad, because at this point it’s messing with MY career and others as well. I have sent over my tea’s transcript multiple times, paid for it multiple times, and all for them to have not put it on my student profile and for nobody to answer to get me the help I need. Even ATI services who sent the results have said it has been verified and received. Read moreThis college helped me get my GED. If not for the awesome people here I would not have my GED . The people here at trenholm worked with me for a good while until I was confident enough to pass the tests on my own. They offer a computer class and discounts on the actual tests, though there is a process that you have to follow through to get the discounts, however it is to help ensure that you get the best education possible for your ged. The instructors are very detailed in their classes as well, and as long as you want to achieve something and they can see you are actually trying to better yourself, they'll give you all the help you can possibly want and or need. I was able to get a full time job and a new vehicle thanks to the people at trenholm who helped me to better myself ... Yes, no matter how much help you need, you are sure to find it at Trenholm State University...
Read moreWhy does this college have staff members unable to do their job? Every single time that I come up here, staff members constantly do not know how to do their basic tasks. How do I know? Because, it’s the same issues every single time I try to enroll in classes. Financial Aid representatives give the same runaround story and can’t bother to help. It’s almost like the college isn’t ensuring that staff members are trained to do what they are being paid for.
Why else do you think staff members at this college don’t answer their phone? It’s because they don’t know their job and are afraid to deal with students are trying to enroll and get their classes paid for.
