I received the wrong chicken waited for the correct. Asked for a sharable frie and was rung up for a regular. Was argued with when I mentioned it. Had to reorder and wait for a sharable. Guess what, my chicken got cold..did they care..of course not. Then didn't receive my large coleslaw. Mentioned it and guess what they did?? Gave me a small cup and a half and said thats all they had. But they wanted that money for that sharable frie that was rung up incorrectly. Then when I talked to Phyllis she told me to come back up there and get my large coleslaw. But I thought thats all you had when I was there?!?! I asked for the GM's name when I called the store and it was her that answered the phone. So you were there when we were treated like this?? She remembered my order she said! Well why didn't you make it right when we were there? She doesn't care about who's coming in there and spending their money. She's a joke! In Central Alabama I've noticed multiple stores have closed. Read moreThis was my first time going to this location. As I was at the drive thru intercom the employees acted as if they couldn’t understand wah I was saying and kept getting the order wrong. I ordered two 3 pc spicy tender meals and two drinks, and when I got to the window they told me it was a 3 min wait for the spicy tenders, and that was fine. I then proceeded to the front to wait for my food and it took almost 20 mins until they brought my food and the woman who brought it out was very rude and unprofessional and seemed like she was trying to get smart with me. She didn’t even bring out my drinks which I then looked back at my receipt and they were never wrong up, so she came back out and said I didn’t order any drinks so I then told her just don’t worry about it because it was extremely hot outside so I wasn’t gonna wait any longer for something that wasn’t any wrong up!
