Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Montgomery

Absolutely horrendous customer service. It is clear you are just a number providing money. While that is the case with any large business, they make that really clear here.

When ordering delivery through the app, it doesn't select the store closest to the delivery location. When I try manually selecting the closest option, it tells me the closest option doesn't have delivery as an option; so, I go forward with the delivery option provided.

After the tracker states the pizza is in the quality check stage (45 minutes later), the tracker says it has been canceled. When I finally reach the store, they stated that they don't deliver here (they have in the past). After I explained the situation, the employee then stated the store is not that far away and that I could have gone there to get it. It is clear they don't care about the customer. When I finally talked with an area manager, they basically stated there isn't much they can do to fix the issue.

While I was okay with the situation, I am not impressed by the interaction with the employees and the lack of interest in fixing problems that...

If i could leave 0 starts i would. This store needs to be ashamed. Worst customer service ever. Told me my online order would be between 55 to 66 min. Called the after an hr and 20 min. They left the phone ringing for almost an hour before answering, never attempted to call and tell me anything or apologize then she yelled at me and hung up the phone in my face after falling to deliver my order after 2 hours and told me they are not obligated to call anyone about an order. And her excuse was she only has herself and one employee there. If youre unstaffed, change how many orders you take, change the delivery time and give your customers a courtesy call so they at least know whats goes on. 2 hours wasted. no food. Hungry kids and treated very rudely. I will definitely be reporting to corporate and i will never give the anymore business and make sure no one i know goes...

Guy was nice but I placed online order and by time it said ready I leave and arrive at the store, then they said they had big order that threw them behind and to give him 10 minutes which was fine…. Waited for the pizza only for him to come out 20 minutes later and say they were out of mushrooms so they just did pepperoni pizza…. ?!?!?! I WAITED OUTSIDE!!! YOU SAW ME OUTSIDE IT WAS A CURBSIDE!!! WHY DIDNT YOU ASK ME WHAT I WANTED INSTEAD OF MUSHROOMS AT ANY POINT DURING THE TIME YOU NOTICED YOU DIDNT HAVE THEM AND I SAT HERE????!!! SO YOU GUYS CONTINUED MAKING THE PIZZA I DIDNT ASK FOR WHILE I SAT HERE… NEVER ASKING ME WHAT I WANTED INSTEAD UNTIL THE PIZZA WAS COOKED AND DONE?!?!?! What the hell???? But guy was very courteous may have just been overwhelmed and not thinking who knows…. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because good attitude has to count...
