The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Montgomery

The staff here is always friendly. I have only enjoyed ham during the holiday season from this location but everyone is always kind and helpful, EVEN WITH the holiday rush. I have witnessed the staff take the time to patiently help a "first timer" decide on a meal choice while making waiting customers feel like they aren't waiting at all and that's hard to do. I have visited many Honey Baked Ham locations throughout the Southeast region and this location deserves an award for their customer service and friendly atmosphere. I don't know anyone personally at this location but I always feel like family or a close friend when I walk in. The MGR here (at least I think that's who he is) is awesome and it shows through his staff. This location...

My first year going to get a turkey from them. I order two weeks ahead a roasted turkey. Was schedule to pick up day before thanksgiving at 11am. My advice anyone going during holiday season get there early early. When I arrive there was lines wrap around towards a gas station near the store. When I figure out it was two different lines. I started off in the wrong line and had to go to the line that was the longest which was the prepaid line. Found it confusing that the non prepaid line was shorter and they was getting serve faster than the prepaid line. After 2 hrs 15 min I finally left. Very unorganized and they didn't have my turkey I had to get a smoke...

I went inside of this place to buy a half of ham it was 100 dollars no maam...and to the cashier who said she is a Healthcare administrator and nurse..maam.thats no of your bussiness who I am.i don't care if I was rich I'm not giving honey baked ham 100 dollars for a half that's going to feed 2 people the max..u didn't have a name tag so I couldn't post it..but u had short gray hair..very rude....I politely told u to put it back..here came the attitude.... the nerve..customer service we need a class set up.....when we spending our money we don't need attitudes...we need smiles.gdmorning.gdevening..yes no maam.and...
