EL Paraiso Tropical Marisquera — Restaurant in Montgomery

I have never had any issues with the food or customer service until today. I ordered a to-go-order specifically asking for shredded chicken burrito and even pointed to it on the menu when I ordered it. When I arrived home I realized that I was given beef instead of chicken. I returned informing the young lady that takes the orders that I was given the wrong order, she explains that I did not and that they don’t have shredded chicken burrito. So I grabbed a menu and asked her, so even though your menu indicates that it fires and when I ordered you did not inform me then that you don’t prepare shredded chicken, may I order something else? The lady told me no and so I asked for a refund, she stated we don’t give refunds. At this point you will provide me with I originally order, even though not I don’t want them preparing me meal because her attitude was nasty, combative, and provoking. I refused to engage and patiently waited for her to stop talking and stated “thank you am I’ll wait for my shredded chicken burrito. Her countenance was disturbed and disrespectful. Coming from living in Tucscon AZ this is the best authentic food I've had outside of Arizona hands down. Has a real Marisqueria style menu with photos for every dish. Fresh ceviche, salsa, and a big plate of chips as a starter right away. Our entrees were massive portion sizes for both our orders, with jumbo shrimp, great charred peppers, real chorizo, and handfuls of REAL grilled corn tortillas piping hot. 10/10 will be going back here. Honestly the best food in general since moving to Montgomery. The manager talked to us in-between receiving our food and getting the check and was really kind and made sure we had plenty to eat and drink. They have a lot of seafood- and of all the street tacos I tried, the Pescado and camarones were probably the best. The chorizo and the Al pastor tacos were good, 4.5 each. The asada and pollo were pretty basic, maybe a 3.9 or 4. But the fish taco was pretty perfect, I've had a couple better, but the grilled fish was done just right.

Flour or corn on the fish- both are good. The tortillas were good, but they're pretty big. Could use smaller tortillas (or add a bit more meat) but in all the price was good, and they have a good selection of beer.
