Subway — Restaurant in Montgomery

The cashier/food preparer prepared food and did a cash transaction for the customers before me and then proceeded to change only one glove to prepare our food. We requested that the gloves be change. We were only given a few bread choices. There were only six inch pieces available. We ordered a combo. The ice from the ice machine despensed black mold. We reported the issue to the cashier/food preparar and requested to pay an upcharge to purchase a juice/soda from the refrigerator. Her response was $2.08 and that a drink from the refrigerator was sold separatly and could not be combined with a combo meal. Fountain...

So the older lady was rude.she is the one that wears glasses. She wouldn’t give me her name. She didn’t thank me for the purchase she tried to charge me extra for everything even when i had the coupon. The most disrespectful thing she did was not givee me my food after the transaction, But she did to the people before. I never had a experience like that ever. I felt unwanted, and unappreciated. Neither staff member wanted to take my order they were just waiting around to see which one would help me first. They skimped me on my veggies my bread is still visible. I was told I could only get one of my two free cookies and the prices here are higher than the subway a little further up the street where the where the staff is a lot nicer.
