Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Montgomery

I did not have any problems with the service and the drinks until I started ordering online. The three recent times I visited in a row, they got my order wrong. The first 2 times, I asked for no ice and they gave me ice. The most recent one just now as of sending this review, they gave me a medium while I asked for a large and this time it also felt a bit too sweet for a 70% sugar level and the boba itself is not chewy enough. Staff is friendly, but I will bump this establishment up back to 5 stars once they consistently get the orders right.

Brand new boba spot to the Montgomery area, and it's very esthetically pleasing, there's dairy free options, and plenty of options to customize your drink of choices - there's even an app where you can order ahead. Had a pregnancy craving for lychee and it was cool, crisp, & delicious. Husband got the winter melon drink, also very delicious & I got a strawberry icy with tapioca for how hot the day was. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to after the experience I had here. The staff didn’t say anything overtly rude, but their attitude was shockingly disrespectful. Every time I tried to order or ask something, I was met with one-word answers, no eye contact, and a vibe that clearly said, “I don’t care.” The level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable, and it completely ruined what should’ve been a simple visit.
