I am re-reviewing this restaurant, I am regular here but today's service was abnormal, I have checked out here 3-13-2019(7:50 PM), order #82665, Server was Hannah, paid $152.22.
I have been coming this places for years since I move to AL 7 years ago.
However this was exception, party of 7, we had our food on normal speed but one food called Tofu Kim-chi came out odd looking and without a doubt tasted awful to the point where everyone was agreed with me that something is wrong.
I have called the server and made a complaint about the food and told here that "I will pay for the food, but wanted you to know that this dish is not good as normal, you should try it out" and sent to food out.
Server came back in with statement that they asked us to order something else since they felt bad, so we did order other food.
After all the food was consumed, we rang the bell, no one came, rang the ball again, still no one came.
Come to find out that they are busy when I looked outside.
I grabbed a server to order a 5 ice cream and gave her the card to check out, so we can speed up the process.
But about 10 mins passed by, no ice cream, I got little up set and went to find other server(tall yougnman) to find my card and I want to go(cancel the ice cream).
This is where I get most of upset as a customer.
She looked at me with weird look and stated, " ice cream was order just while ago", I was like really? after 10 mins???
I told her "I don't care just give me the check, I'll pay for it" then she stated, " please do write the tip since ice cream was on the check"....
All I wanted was "I am sincerely apologize for late due to busy with overwhelmed customer tonight"
That was it, but that was not the case this time.
I normally do not review with bad situation but this is one of the rare case.
I am extremely unhappy with services that we have received tonight.
Food is second thing, service comes first.
Hope this does not happen to other customers.

Read moreThis is the third time I've been here and every time I'm here they've changed the menu it's not very friendly for single dining, unless you get one of the side rooms you're stuck in a small area basically facing other tables, they overcooked my steak bits and I had to talk to 3 different people just to send it back, but once it came back out it was cooked to my liking and was pretty good. I had the sirloin bits with shrimp comes with some fermented side dishes I personally like them some people don't. The place seems frantic around dinner-time waitresses litteraly running around which to me seems a safety concern one of them is probably going to hurt themselves pretty badly sometime. They have these easy call buttons on the table little get the waitress in your general area but you still have to wave them down after that maybe a convenient way to get their attention but it's distracting to the environment as they make a chiming sing song noise. Read moreAlthough I really enjoyed the food and atmosphere, the service was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. Not only was the staff extremely rude, but they also seemed to not even care I was there. When I received my food, I never saw my waiter/server again...over all I felt forgotten, even though my wife and I were the only few people eating there at the time.
After we had finished eating we waited for our receipt, and sure enough that never came...much like my drink order. We managed to find a host to let them know we had finished or meal and wanted to pay and leave. That host told us that he would go get it for us and just like our server we never saw him again. At that point I should've left without paying.
After waiting for half an hour I decided to go back to the front desk where a person was taking to-go orders. I told him my experiences and that I wanted pay and leave. He didn't offer an apology. So the reason why I scored this restaurant so low is because of the lack of customer service. Rude, uncaring, inattentive, and aloof staff is my take away from this whole experience....
