Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Montgomery

We have tried this location 3 times. We love Marcos but this location is awful. The first time we ordered pizza it was ok the delivery time was almost an hour, we live 4 mins from the store. The second time it was well over an hour and the pizza was cold and the salad was super skimpy barely enough for one person. We had salad the first time and it was plenty for both of us. Tonight we decided to pick up instead of taking our chances and waiting forever on cold food. We tried subs this time because they looked good on the website. Our estimate order time was less than 15 mins. It took almost 45 mins because when we arrived nobody had made the salad and nobody acted like they wanted to make it… The subs were awful. Ordered a steak and cheese with no mushrooms added onions and green peppers. Of course the didn’t leave off the mushrooms. The peppers and onions were cold which did not go well with a warm sandwich. Barely any meat. Not good at all, didn’t eat it. Decided to split the second sub which was ham and cheese, same thing barely any meat. How do you charge $12.99 for a ham and cheese sub and put one slice of ham on it???? The bread wasn’t great and the sandwich was tasteless and soggy. Would not recommend or order subs again. Placed an order recently and they tried to tell me they couldn’t deliver it but I ordered from the same location and had it delivered before. Didn’t care so I just went to pickup my 20 pc wings but the day after I noticed there were some fraud charges on my account I used to pay for the order and realized whoever it was that took my order also wrote down my card info...there were only 3 workers in front that night 2 girls and 1 guy with dreads. He is the one who took my order over the phone and processed the payment yet I also believe he is the one who took my information at that moment. I’ve had the charges disputed but it’s crazy that something like this happened at a PIZZA PLACE I would’ve expected it from a call center type of a job. I gave them a second chance tonight and I regret it. I sent my daughter in to pay with a $50 bill. Our total was only around $15. She comes back to the car and was shorted exactly $20 in change. I find that very suspicious especially after going back in and the manager (who was nice) asking the cashier did she have someone drop the $50 bill and she said yes. Which lets me know she was very aware that I paid with a $50 and that she shorted me on purpose since she was dealing with my daughter and thought she could get away with it. I got my money back but something about the situation seemed off.

Also I ordered a GREEK salad and was given 4 Caesar dressings. I was looking forward Greek dressing so it was a bummer.
