The Service At This Establishment Was Horrible, And If I Could've Said Zero, I Would. My Wife And I Had Dropped In For A Quick Pickup On Some Breakfast, But The Drive Thru Line Was Really Long So We Decided That My Wife Would Run In And Order Our Meal So We Could Dip On Out To Work. First, When She Walked In, The Workers Were Just Standing Around, And They Had So Many Customers Waiting On Orders. Next, The Kios Was Down And They Didn't Have No Signs On The Machines And There Was Nobody Up Front To Tell Anybody Or Take Orders As Well. By The Time My Wife Got Her Order In And The Food, 20 Minutes Had Past And We Were Late For Work. This Was A Piss Poor Experience And We Have Never Seen Anything Like This At This Particular Establishment Before Because They Are Usually Fast And Very Professional, But Today, They Seem Like They Were Being Bothered, But Hey, We Will See Again Another Day, But For Now, We Will Go To The Chantilly McDonald's, Sorry Folks, You All Were NotOn...

So I called back and spoke with management, she told me I can come back and get fresh cookies. I came back and they were looking all crazy like they were confused. Then another manager asked me did I have the old cookies. Why of course I do! I felt like they didnât want to give me the satisfaction guaranteed because why does it matter if I had the old cookies or not, they didnât tell me this over the phone. They knew I had just left.    Read moreI rarely go to this McDonald's because of the poor customer service. Yesterday I was shocked and surprised. The young lady was extremely pleasant and friendly. She greeted me, and requested my order. I was speechless, this was so different than the usual encounter. I told her she is doing a great job, and keep it up. I asked for the manager. A woman was at the pickup window with another worker. I told her about a previous visit, and the very poor customer service. I didn't order and left. She asked the time of day I had been there before. She appeared genuinely concerned. I told her this morning was great customer service and how much I appreciated the staff being conscious of how they served customers. Great job...
