I placed my order at 10:17 p.m. with the mobile app when I arrived no one answered the intercom so I drove to curbside put in my curbside number where I was located no one came out I waited over ten minutes so I drove to the window I seen when the night shift manager bumped my order off the screen and the cashier was standing right there as she proceeds to say they never got my order which I have proof on my receipt my order was received and if it wasn't the app wouldn't have never took my order it would have pulled up another location and the security guard who was behind the counter. The security guard came to the window and said they was closed after my order was bumped off the screen the manager never did come back to the window or try to explain anything to me this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to it's sad they so cheap they will cheat you out of money just because. They'll never get my business ever again and I will let everyone know don't go to this McDonald's on West Fairview. Id rather go to the one on day st. At least day st. Food be fresh and hot and they won't cheat you out your money. Read moreThis store is a complete joke management does not care so why should the lower level crew/ employees care. it is ridiculous if a person lives around the corner from the store, has to wait in line 15 minutes in the drive thru, why should I have to get home, and heat up my food. What was the wait for!? call to speak with management about the rude behavior of the employees and the poor quality of the food, and they either send you to voicemail, don't answer the phone, or just flat out hang up in your face. these people obviously do not realize if not for customers they would not have a job to be so ungrateful about! customers should just never ever be treated as if they are a nuisance when they are your reason for being there. I'm utterly and once again completely disgusted with this location and honestly do not know how they remain open. and this is the thanks that I get from giving a store in the neighborhood benefit of the doubt to time after time disappoint me and let me down, I will take my chances and drive across town to a restaurant that will appreciate my business, my hard earned dollars and my presence. Read more,Since the drive thru line was long ,I went inside thinking it would be quicker. I couldn't have been more wrong. I had to wait over five minutes before my order was taken, I watched one worker drinking behind the line and two others having a conversation, When my order for two decaf senior coffees worth Splenda and cream arrived one was hot and the other one was barely warm, let alone hot. When I asked if they were from different pots, the worker replied, " Of course not. But if you want another one, it'll be another $.55." When I asked for the manager, she brought 2 new cups but without the cream and Splenda. I heard her tell another senior it would be $1.86 for medium coffee, instead of offering him two seniors for half that. I realize that they are in business.
