Shark's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Montgomery

I called this place 10x time and nobody answered and when they did I heard them drop the phone on the counter I continued to say hello numerous times and I heard giggling afterwards so I hung up . I find it disrespectful because I was trying to order a 50 piece and they just lost a good customer. Their customer service suck bc when I went in there and tried to order they was rude so I just left and bought chicken somewhere else. They should be shut down and I’m calling customer service. Also I ate there before and it was blood in my chicken but I wanted to give them another chance because I have family coming in town from Cleveland and California so I needed something quick to get. Tried this place on a whim and I can say my first impression was terrible. Food quality left alot to be desired I ordered a 3 Piece Whiting combo and was met with 3 dry unseasoned pieces of fish that didn't hit on much. The hotsauce I had at home saved me. The fries were the only thing that was good. I got the lemonade for a drink and the entire drink section was unclean and it tasted like sugary dirty faucet water (no lemon on sight). I see why the place got an 85 on its health score. Not sure what's going on for the place to not engage itself to be better but if more new customers are turned away like how I was then their days are numbered. So I called my order in at 6:10 and was told to be on my way because people weren’t coming to get their food. When I made it I still had to wait and didn’t get my food until 6:47. The portion and prices don’t match the shrimp was the smallest I’ve ever seen and I order the combo 1&2 which is two meats and two sides and 3 meats and two sides. They have no problem giving out sides but minimum to no food. On a mix and match I got one piece of fish and 6 little shrimp and still had to go buy my husband some to eat after this.
