Taco Bell — Restaurant in Montgomery

I always order using the app so my food is supposed to be ready when i get there but I'm told every time to pull into the parking spot and they then make my food and bring it to me 5-10min later and even then when it is supposedly just made its COLD or only slightly warm. Not to mention about 65-70% of the time my order is made wrong! I considered giving 3 stars as opposed to 2 stars HOWEVER with the being a taco bell not much further away (the one in Eastchase) which I will give 5 stars to, it just makes this location so much worse when the other is better in every aspect other than being a bit further away. That being said at Eastchase I still have to wait even when I order with the app but at least there I'm only waiting 2-3 minutes as opposed to 5-10 minutes. I just had the rudest experience ever at this location. I just left this restaurant 3 or 4 mins ago. If it weren’t for my granddaughter really wanting the food, I would have returned it all! I believe the lady at the drive thru is perhaps a manager or lack there of. She was hurried me along all the while forgetting to put simple things in my bag like napkins and straws. Gave me only 1 receipt. Mind you I had 2 orders. Then had the audacity to turn her back to me. I was getting getting my card out to pay. Guess I was taking too long. There was only 1 car behind me. She has no personality and really could use some etiquette courses in customer service. 0 stars why is the company putting napkins fork and taco sauce packets on top of the cheese on the Mexican pizza. It was so hard to peel the napkin off the Mexican pizza the whole pizza came apart. Taco bell should've created bags to accompany the box meals they have. You handed a customer a box ans they have drinks groceries kids bags how does a person carry all that especially going up flights of stairs. The window people hate for you to ask for a bag also. Once again 0 stars they think they mcdonalds instead of taco bell when yall was 24 hours ans then covid hit started opening at 6am ans now yall saying it's breakfast only.
