I came from Lineville, AL to the Chisholm area to see my family and handle business. Was on the road doing things and got hungry. Went to Wendy's at 1195 W. South Blvd. Ordered $41.65 worth of food. Had a total of four bags of food. I spoke my order slowly after having to ask if I needed to slow down with calling out my order. Did that. Had to even have them fix the order on the monitor screen as I was ordering it all. I explained clearly how each meal was supposed to be! Got to the window and paid. We had three large drinks and a regular size. The girl in the window put all these drinks in one single thin cardboard cupholder. Passed it out the window to me with the cups leaning and all. Asked if we had a hand on it and let go. Which almost wasted every drink right then! But, ignored me when I told her that it was too much weight in it to be secure. Then, got my bags of food with each meal separated. Which was a great idea. My lady's food was made wrong. Main person's food I worry about. I hopped out to correct it. Scared the lady at the window and stopped traffic. Made it back to Chisholm area to finally eat and opened my bag to realized they messed up my order. Was already drained from a day at work and traveling. Asked for a specific made meal. You messed up and fixed my lady's. But, how hard is it to communicate and get orders out correctly. I guarantee you that your waste, drive through times, complains, and more would plummet if your staff could get it right the first time. If you want your food right when you get your employee meal, you should give your customer's orders the same treatment. I have worked in several fast food places and restaurants from Tennessee to Mississippi to Florida and in Alabama. Quality of service and attention to details are what kill a company!!! And, the photo is where I was standing in line to have them fix my...
Read moreI went to Wendy’s tonight and went inside to place my order. I was able to order and get my food but as my father begin to eat his burger he said it taste like medicine. I rushed in there and just as he stated, it was a white small pill in his burger. I immediately threw the burger away since he had only taken a bite out of it and by that time my son came running out the room saying his throat was burning. I immediately had my husband take them to the ER where they are currently at and rushed back to Wendy’s. It is approximately 830 and the doors are locked so I rush around to drive through and explained my situation simply wanting my money back and the lady with the orange hair who claimed to be the manager said she is no doctor and it’s nothing she can do. She said maybe I should call the news station or corporate but she can’t do anything. I asked her for corporate number and she told me to look on the back of my receipt which I no longer have. She was very very rude and this will not be...
Read morei personally would not recommend going to this wendys.
came to this wendys looking for food during a roadtrip. the food was good, however, the girl taking our order was really rude. when we came in the drive thru, a few people were in front of us. we pulled up to the window after ordering and met this girl giving us our food. things were going fine until she forgot to give us a frosty and a sprite. we sat at the window for around a minute, before she came back, stating "do you need something?." we told her what we were missing and she only handed us the frosty. she didn't hand us the drink, so we asked for the sprite, and she said "ugh. theres more people in line." overall, she was really rude after we pulled up to the window and i don't understand why. if you plan on going here, please check the other reviews before coming. i would not recommend.
p.s. we couldnt get a receipt either?? she didnt even ask if...
