We pulled up right before closing and that was a mistake. We know it was late and the food was more than likely going to be sitting under the heater, so we asked for it to be fresh.
We got to the window, they gave us the drinks then practically threw the bag out of the window telling us to have a nice night, but they left out a whole meal and what they gave us was old and cold. NONE of it was dropped fresh, like we asked, and the toast was hard.
They congregated at the window pretending not to see us trying to get their attention, so we blew the horn. The manager, who had long braids and a red button down shirt, came to the window as though she was irritated. We told her that they left off our order and she walked away before I could tell her about the other food that wasnt fresh. So we waved the drive through cashier to the window and asked her if that was the manager, she replied yes, I told her that I wanted the manager because the food was not fresh. She rolled her eyes and closed the window.
The manager walked back up, the cashier told her what happened, then without even addressing us, the manager walked away again. She came back to the window and said they're dropping some fries now. I handed her the box and asked of they could also drop new toast because it's all cold and hard. They took both bags, tossed them in the trash and walked away.
We sat there for a few minutes, they brought the food to the window. The manager flings the bag out the window again and says have a nice night then walked away. We opened the boxes, the fries were fresh, but the chicken still wasnt. It was as though they put the old chicken back in the box.
The whole time, they were talking amongst themselves and smirking while cutting their eyes at the window. It was obvious and ridiculous.
I thought because this is the zaxbys in East Montgomery that it would provide better service, but that was not the case. There was no apology, just irritation that we came as they were trying to close.

Let's start with their drive thru which is a "one way in and no way out" type ordeal . Once you're in the line, you're basically stuck there because of the the structure of it . After waiting at least 15 minutes to order (it was not lunch time--please know that ) , I would have thought I would have some of the best service ever . Well they had ONE job .... All I needed was a " mild Boneless Wings Meal" . I pull up to the service window and plan to pick up just that , well wasn't I WRONG ! I was given a bbq boneless wings meal . So guess what... I had the pleasure of waiting an additional 10 minutes for ,this time , a half done meal . The part that really sucks is that I could not tell the chicken was not cooked properly until biting into it (the downside of having chicken smothered and topped like that ) . Of course , I had already made it home by the time I discovered this . I drive at least ten minutes back and ask for the manager . Anyone but the manager (judging from Uniform appearance ) comes to speak to me . In the middle of me explaining that this is my 2nd time coming back , she snatched the receipt out my hand and begins to demand the line staff to remake my order . Since I wanted to be understanding that mistakes do in fact happen, I took the order again thinking "third time is a charm ." A lengthened story , partially shortened , 3 of the 5 wings were still undercooked ! This is an awful establishment and if I never eat there again , it would still be entirely TOO soon . Close it down and build a restaurant that knows that in NO case , should chicken be undercooked . Maybe the line workers will serve better at lets see ?? A...

You have an overwhelming lack of knowledge, comprehension skills, and too many personal agendas due to insecurities and social anxiety! The best advice you could ever receive is check your records and see how your turn over rates are! You are intimidated by strength and those who take their jobs seriously by showing up! Mothers should not be on the clock with sons, and daughters!! If they are going to work for Zaxby’s they should not be under the same management and location! Montgomery suffers now because there is always someone who abuses their power in their position and always has to play monkey see monkey do! This location was a trap for my daughter from day one because management is lazy while plotting and scheming to affect the lives of law abiding citizens! My daughter has been counting large sums of money for years trusted with vaults, bank drops, and leadership not perfect but definitely not going to miss out on what God has for her fooling around with tacky idiots!! You couldn’t even give her a legitimate reason for her termination but carry on!! Your friendships are going to run Zaxby’s in the ground tuh! Already running these folks business in the ground like ungrateful ninjas do!! Pay attention!! Create a to do list for a safe, and friendly environment. 1. Hygiene should be enforced 2.
