I haven't been to this Dairy Queen's location in a hot minute let alone Dairy Queen's in awhile so me and my mother decided to stop here to get us a bit to eat for dinner. I've never had an issue in the past with this place, the service & the staff has always been excellent but today? Absolutely terrible, out of all the drive-thru servers I've had to deal with when visiting, Dawanna is by far your worst one, not only does she have terrible manners, her attitude needs to be checked too. I didn't notice her once wash her hands after she pushed her hands through her braids yet she's steady fixing drinks, food & handing money too. If all she wants to do is stand around & look cute while playing with her braids then she needs to quit & let someone who actually wants to do their job properly work there & on top of that she had the audacity to give me this old food that's been probably sitting since lunch. It also looked like a green booger was inside the box I got that out with a napkin. Also idk what this cold bread supposed to be, i didn't even bother to eat it or them cold hard things y'all call fries, I ended up throwing it away. Twice in the past month I have been to this location by 9-9:15pm and they have not come to the speaker to take my order. The last time we waited at the speaker and I kept saying hello... no one answered so my daughter and I drove next door to Burger King. As we were placing our order at BK, a young lady came to the drive thru at the DQ window, looked over at our car, fixed her a drink and politely walked back to where we she was and yes she had a headset on. This is not to mention the times we have ordered food and the chicken tenders were as hard as a rock and we could count on one hand the amount of fries they gave us in our meal box.
