Casey's — Restaurant in Monticello

Usually a regular spot for my husband and I, we order pizza there 2-3 times a month. The last 2 times we've ordered online with at least a 2 hrs heads up for our order and still have had to wait. The guy making the food refused to look at us much less greet us and I stood waiting for another ten minutes before I spoke up and asked for my order... he hadn't started it due to him having cleaning responsibilities... spoke to the manager who tried to make it right.. we'll just have to call ahead and find out who's working before making an order online the girl that works in the kitchen and the one that worked the counter...

I love going to your store but more times than I can count I've waited in line so customers buy scratch offs then scratch s them wins holds up line to keep rebuying tickets over and over while line stands and waits and waits. Can't they stand aside and scratch there tickets then get in line to collect or rebuy after all the line that is waiting is buying products from your store and are coming and going to work the last three times I have tryed to buy somthing I had to walk out without a thing , yesterday 3of us walked out because of...

Bf worked there 3 months never missed and was on donut shift3-10 and he left (on good terms) and he went to get his job back later the said they didnt want him because he was in a misdiminor fight 5 yrs ago. ( they knew this the firat time he was hired) and told him they didnt want him... This place has no trust in ppl no love in t he community all this store cares about is themselves they throw away ppl that love there job over mistakes in high school...also they never went threw his contacts...
