Subway — Restaurant in Monticello

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I really wanted to for this location. I have to say, these people are truly the sweetest subway workers I’ve ever seen. I’ve been temporarily living in Monticello and I have to drive past this Subway on my way home or to work, and so me and boyfriend or just myself stop here a lot. (Not a lot of options in this town lol.) And everytime we are NEVER a problem. They are kind and efficient even when they are busy, and don’t mind weird orders. They always smile and are so nice to me, and I just want them to know they’re appreciated. I try and go to this one only as much as I can, considering the other subway in Walmart isn’t very nice and the workers always act like we’re a nuisance. I have been to this subway since I moved here with my family. Only thing my dad would eat was subway. I have had great experiences but lately the customer service is absolute garbage. I never use the drive thru because it’s a hit or miss. For the past week it has been a good experience. Today not at all told me to wait 3 minutes. At 10 minutes I finally spoke up and she acted like she was just about to help me. My sandwich was partly right. To be sure I got the extra ranch I asked for I said it 3 times. Did I get extra ranch? No absolutely not actually I got less ranch than with a regular amount of ranch. It’s the one thing I am sassy about and it’s the one thing I triple checked and still they can’t do a simple thing. So I normally go to this subway on my lunch break as I work nearby. Never had any major problems with it other than it is a little slow. However, today they messed up my order. Legit did not put any meat or cheese on my sub when thats what I ordered. Only veggies. I drove back through the line and had to wait in line again, just for them to charge me extra to add the meat and cheese that they forgot. Plus it took them almost 10 minutes just to add meat and cheese after I had waited in line. I had 10 minutes left of my lunch break to eat after, and I will not be returning to this subway.
