Where do I begin. Tried to order online and saw the menu says you have French Fries...(Spoiler alert, you don't) but when I went to order they weren't on the options to order. So, we decided to call it in. The confused girl who answered the phone could barely hear us while we repeated our order several times. The only positive of this is that she got most of the order wrote up correctly. Most. We were told you don't have fries so we placed our order and hung up.
Picked up the order and the guy tried to give my husband a soda. We didn't order one??
Later we found on the receipt the girl on the phone ordered something as a "combo" which added chips and a drink, which we did not order. (Why I said "most").
Got the bag home and we proceed to go through the order and realize that we are also missing garlic bread, didn't get dressing for a salad, and the salad doesn't even have the right ingredients!! For the record, the firehouse salad with chicken should have chicken, green bell peppers, mozzarella, tomatoes, and cucumber....NOT chicken, tomato and onion. Beyond frustrated. After 5 min of attempts the transaction had to be cancelled and redone !! 12:22 finally completed. The line behind me is now 6 customers scowling. While I was waiting for my order ( until 12:45). 6+ customers also waiting in the aisle/entry blocking the beverage area. Meanwhile a large online order of 2 grocery bags of sandwiches were brought out to customer who also waited 1/2 hour . There was no mention of a long wait time when ordering or apology for Slow service. Understaffed, poor employee communication. On the second trip, a week later, we ordered online about an hour ahead of time. Went to pickup. They were over 10 minutes late on the order in a mostly empty restaurant. Still out of the same hot sauce as last time. Another customer asked about the drink they placed on their online order. This location doesn't supply it.
