I made my first online order Feb 7th. To THIS DAY, Feb 27th, it’s STILL not right. I have spoken to 3 different people on the phone, and another on an online chat. Each of the first three lied to me, with the online person even becoming rude! The 4th person assured me he could see what had happened and that it would be rectified by last Saturday. Well the order did arrive Saturday, TWICE! I thought, well they’ve doubled my order to make amends...NOPE! They doubled my order AND charged me twice!!!
