WHISKEY BAR & CLUB — Restaurant in Monticello

Ok so our team Member went there for a band as we are a media service it's what we do, well the night we went he was having free food, nice touch. In the process of about 20 minutes our Head team Member watch the bartender give away free drinks 1. 2 vj then pulled our owner in the kitchen basically said that our team was not welcome unless we buy something hint there is he was basically getting free advertising. Next the intoxicated guests were treating to fight us saying we had not authority to film the band, ummm we are 100% allowed to film the bands it was the reason we were there as all but one of our members were wearing a press tag mind you he is new Member all we are saying is pick and choose be careful and make sure if you plan to take photos of your group make sure you have some witness everything, also VJ is not a professional DJ but tries to not to mention promoting an event not doing it and wonder why 2...

The music, bartenders, owner, the drinkers, etc. are all horrible. This bar hasn’t been the same since the previous owner sold it to VJ. I wouldn’t recommend this bar for anyone. I hope they realize they won’t ever have positive comments about this place either. I’ve seen several kids, SEVERAL years younger than me go to this bar or even next door, The Liquor store he also owns, get alcohol and vape products. The new owner VJ was very rude to my boss and to us tonight tired to argue with us and all we wanted was to play pool and get food and listen to music but the owner turned up the music so loud and he was trying to be a dj but it sounded so bad that us and another group of people left. Definitely would not recommend going here. Rather go the the north side that whiskey river He definitely won’t get our business...
