7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Montrose

Today I went through their drive through to get a couple drinks, my card was declined due to it being turned off on my app. I had asked if I could use their Wi-Fi to complete my purchase and the young lady helping me asked a few people inside and was told not to give it to me. As well as the music being played outside the building being blasted to where no one could hear anything?? Anyways, I’ve never been to a coffee shop that does not have public Wi-Fi for their customers. Pretty upset with the way things were handed and left with no drink and rude customer support and service. I will not be returning, was going to get a free tshirt to support the business but have nothing nice to say about the place after the way I was treated today. I will stick to the looney bean and coffee trader where I know the love and care for their customers!!! This place is a big joke all the way around, no wonder they have to have so many free drink days! That’s the only time I see that place full of people and nothing but complaints about the drinks and service from other peers. Must not be all it is hyped up to be. Disgusted...

This location in Montrose has only been open for a short time. I went there today with my husband. Today they're doing a promo- if you buy a large drink you get a free T-shirt. I can't imagine how much money they had to spend on all those shirts but personally I think it was a brilliant idea! I ordered a pumpkin chai and it was watery, but I will return because first of all, the promo was great and my husband and I really like our new shirts, and second because I know the employees are new and they just need a little more time to learn to make the drinks tastier. 😊 I will be a...

Only 1 out of the 5 drinks we had were even consumable. The 3 coffees (we had 1 hot, 1 iced and 1 blended) were so thick with syrup you couldn't even tell it was a coffee, it just tasted like syrup water and was beyond overwhelming. One of us tried an energy drink and the milk (why was there milk?) basically curdled or something very strange and the whole drink was tossed.
