Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Montrose

There were consistently, a few issues with our orders. We have not ordered pizza from pizza hut in Motrose due to our repeated mishaps. At the old location, we received a pizza about 65 minutes after ordering (eating in the dining room) and it did not have any sauce on it. After telling the waitress, she didn't indicate that there was anything to do, and that it was not an issue and there was no way to solve the problem. Since there is a new location, I assumed was a re-vamp of the service and quality standards, therefore, we ordered pizza again. This time... it came with no cheese, and was so under cooked that it was impossible to even pick up. We did order wings and cheese bread that was delicious. Food was ok. First time eating at the new location. After 5 minutes of waiting to order, someone finally ran to the back to get help. When I ordered I opted out of the tip, because we tip after we know the type of service we get. The lady ringing me up was clearly upset. All they do if you eat in is make your food and bring it to you in the pizza box. All the napkins, plates and condiments are next to the drink fountain. I ordered a specialty pizza with four toppings on it. When we got our pizza it only had two of the toppings after 20 mins of waiting. The wings were really good though. Only one staff member was really nice and I didn't catch his name nor see a name badge, wish I had. Saw many employees get drinks out of the soda fountain and take it to the back where food was being prepared. We will not...

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Pizza Hut in Montrose and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional service. The gentleman who assisted me with my order was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure that I received my food quickly and at a great price.

But what really stood out to me was the quality of the food itself. The pizza was absolutely delicious.

Overall, I would highly recommend Pizza Hut in Montrose to anyone looking for a truly outstanding dining experience. While the pricing may be a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food and the exceptional service more than make up for it. If you're a pizza lover like me, you simply can't go wrong...
