I ordered pizzas for pickup online, and was given the option of having them brought to my car. As I had kiddos with me, I chose this option. I pushed the little notification button that I had arrived, as the website told me to do, and the pizza was never brought out to me. The website then notified me that since I had waited longer than 2 minutes, I would get a free pizza. When I went in to pick the pizza up and showed them the screen shot from the dominos website, I was met with flat out nastiness. I let the woman at the counter know that I had ordered a pizza and had followed the directions on the website to let them know I had arrived, and I was notified to go inside when the pizza didn't make it out to me. I could see they were busy, and I was not upset or impatient with her. She responded with, "We don't even have time to MAKE the pizza, but we're supposed to BRING IT OUT TOO?! Okay." I was not nasty to her in any way. But the rotten attitude and lack of customer service has definitely made me comfortable never ordering from this Dominos again.
I also never received the "free pizza" that was offered to me for my wait. I would encourage anyone thinking of ordering from here and expecting pizza in a timely or remotely polite manner, especially if you're picking it up onsite,...

Read moreI always ordered dominos pizza when I wanted pizza and everytime I would ask for extra extra cheese, willing to pay extra of course. And they have always done it for me with no problems. Except yesterday went to dominos pizza and went in to place our normal order like all other times. First she told us that the price went up on the pizza which I expected it would like everywhere else, but then she tells us that we can't have extra extra cheese on our pizza. I thought she misunderstood at first so I told her that we pay extra for the extra cheese and she said she realizes that but they can't do it. My mouth literally dropped. First thing they raised the price on the pizza by $2.00 and then you say we can't have our pizza the way we want it??! What happened to the customers getting their food the way we want it?! I could understand if the prices went down!! So I will take my money and business to a place that allows us to have what we want how we want it.
