Dunkin' — Restaurant in Moody

I was so happy when I saw this new Dunkin opening up so close to me, finally I thought, but much to my chagrin my iced coffee that used to taste amazing, because America runs on Dunkin right! Wrong, how can you screw up iced coffee? What is Dunkin coffee now milk and water only? No matter how many creamers you get with your coffee from 1 to 7 it still tastes like watered down milk. I recently read on Google that a woman got her coffee white as milk and it was not even close to what she expected. Funny thing is Dunkin I believe is cheating us all out of good coffee if you order iced coffee. This is not the only location this has happened to me before. So with that in mind I ordered less creamer and the coffee was just as milky white as if I did order 54 creamers. Haha not but read the Google story, I remember just last year when you ordered your coffee you got what you asked for. Plus you tasted that wonderful Dunkin coffee taste. Well forget it now. Every one is getting cheaper on you and you pay out the wazoo for it. No more Dunkin for me, and I was the girl who would look at all the highway road signs for a Dunkin donuts to stop and get my fix. I have spent a lot of money on Dunkin, well no more. Pity me. Because Dunkin will be just as cheap as all these other restaurants. Trying to fool the public and blame...

When it first opened it was fantastic,but the last few times I’ve been to this location it was not good at all. I’ve had the iced coffee that tasted bitter and now we went through the drive through today for hot coffee and breakfast (maple bacon croissant & sausage egg croissant with 2 orders of hash browns) didn’t appear to have many customers inside and there was only 1 car in front of us in the drive thru. Hash browns were pasty like either they weren’t cooked all the way or that they had been cooked and then tossed back in the microwave to make warm again. Both sandwiches were not good either to the point of throwing them out and going to get food from somewhere else. The hot coffee was very bitter. Tasted like it was some office coffee that had sat on a the heat plate and cooked and burnt all day. After multiple trips here and being more disappointed each time, I think I’m really going to have to think hard on if I want to spend my money at this location. The last few was like I could have just thrown my money directly in the garbage since that’s where the products ultimately ended up. I really hope they can get together...

Dunkin quickly became one of my favorite breakfast places in the beginning toms of sweet people good food and drinks! But recently my time and money spent there has not been worth it, unfortunately I do a lot of togos and have to prepay which they will not repay you, I hate to complain or cause problems but honestly my last few experiences there my food has been really bad, donuts and munchkins stale, dry cold and had to have been from yesterday. Burnt cheese on my sandwiches to the point it’s just crumbling puffed up crust. Lightly cooked thin chewy bacon, my drink has either been under sweetened, over sweetened With those experiences I’ve showed up none of the times were they busy, they have sweet loving employees but the food is showing 0 love and that they simply don’t care what they send out to the public. Spending hard earned money with limited time to spend on myself and breakfast, I’d expect my food and service be good the first time so we can all go about our day as planned with...
