Wendy's — Restaurant in Moody

Now my personal time I avoid Wendy's, but decided to switch it up an aquire a "Baggie $5 Deal" at this location. Before walking into the place, curb toward the entrance an exit former torn up booths were on display giving a grundgy vibe when driving in an out if the parking lot. Employees were least nice an polite (reason visit didn't get a 1 star) However, drink service station was honestly void of all other choices but diet or juices. It happens, but the display of the presentation of the machine wasn't wiped down with unknown sticky contents on front an honestly didn't wanna stick my cup there, but sweet tea was out. Only a single dispenser & none other made with the facility giving a honestly gross vibe. Food was bland upon consumption, but least warm upon presentation. The tables were least wiped down, but floors an drink stations were sticky, grundgy an honestly unappealing. A mother had two kids run ramped an the kids spilt a drink, mom saying she'd clean it up an then left it there. Employees at counter swapping between front counter an drive through not caring nor least put a wet sign down. Nothing against this establishment directly, but all stores are overall 1 or 2 star quality on appearance. Upon my further detailed report bathroom situation was not checked, but if the front lobby was any indication then my expectations would be slim on appeal too. Overall this was horrible lunch experience, but least can say employees were nice upon getting my order.

PRO: Friendly customer service, deals when can catch them, clean tables in dinning area.

CON: Drink station wasn't filled up, drink dispenser had sauce an dried sugary syrup on the inner part toward the outter front shell, and the aroma of restaurant at Leeds, AL Wendy's was kinda 'crabby' not welcoming or friendly with a needed appearance lift to draw in customers, drink spilt in floor an no wet sign or employee willing to clean it up, etc

Don't bother calling because they have no idea how to answer a phone, I have called several times across several days because all I wanted was just one simple salad. They only have particular salad for a limited time so it's not like I or any other customer could get it at any point in the year, and it is one of the few things I look forward to in my summers from Wendy's as I don't go here often. So I tried to call ahead to see if they have it that way I don't have to waste gas money.

The one time they did pick up they told me that they had it and that it would be served in the afternoon, I double checked by asking twice and they rudely told me that they did seeming annoyed that I double checked. So I skipped my entire breakfast planning around getting food from people who said they actually had the food instead.

I showed up after driving for fifteen minutes and sure enough it wasn't there. I questioned what I had been told on the phone and they told me the truck hadn't even arrived yet. I asked him why I was told the opposite on the phone and all I got was silence.

The kicker is they did the exact same thing to me the day before. So two meals, an hour's worth of gas money, and an hour total of time completely wasted. Please don't waste your time with these people, if you want Wendy's go to the one in Trussville. They have...

I have came to this Wendy's before in Alabama and the food is really good! We dined in and the gentleman taking our order was very polite we received that order very fast there were no customers inside the restaurant so we got our food but I noticed that the drink station was nasty, the condiment area was very nasty and we cleaned off a dining room table and chairs so we could sit down. There wasn't a lot of trash or anything like that on the tables but they just need to be wiped down and cleaned! I noticed that as I was walking in my shoes that certain places were sticky and I could hear my shoes squeaking so that told me that the floors needed very badly to be cleaned. We ate our food and then I went to the restroom to wash my hands and when I walked into the restroom it smelled like urine and sewage!! One of the Stalls was out of order and I decided to just wash my hands and proceed out of there! This is a good Wendy's but I think they need to pay more attention to keeping the restrooms, dining room and drink station clean when there is a slow period instead of the gentleman on front counter talking to the manager and another employee.
