Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Moody

Just left the drive thru. Workers were very fast and friendly. However my order was completely wrong. It seemed as if I had been given what was prepared at the time instead of making fresh. I ordered wings and things with fried pickles and a sweet tea and two extra sauces. I got an unsweetened tea, fried mozzarella bites, and no extra sauce. The w&t meat was correct but completely cold and the amount of fries were not the usual amount. I would have brought this to the teams attention at the time but I drove home before opening my meal. I love zaxbys and seeing the fried pickles were back I was very excited. At 35 weeks pregnant it’s not always easy to leave the house and I didn’t drive back because I am just too hungry to wait. I usually don’t leave reviews because I don’t want to bring bad press to a company, when it’s not the owners but the people who work for them. So tonight I ordered som buffalo shrimp and when they got to me they were cold and saggy! I was on a call so I didn’t call when I bit into one so soon as I got off the phone I called. Asked for the manager who was KEN told him the problem and he stated so it’s been 40 minutes I can’t do anything about that. So I asked to speak with the GM and he tells me that he can’t give out that private information. Huh? This a business sir!! The customer isn’t satisfied. All I can say order at your own risk at the Zaxby in Moody. There’s too many kids in the afternoon and they don’t take anything seriously. ZAX attack at Divine Fitness last night! Thank you to Zaxby’s in Moody for partnering with us to provide some outstanding food! Specifically thank you to Carlie, Kent, and the entire team that put together 75 "to go" meal boxes for us, had them neatly packed, hot, and ready at pickup! This was all during the dinner meal rush!
