Paris Banh Mi Cafe & Bakery — Restaurant in Moore

Paris bahn mi is a great place for drinks and corndogs however DO NOT BUY the Dubai strawberries from here. I was so disappointed to learn after already purchasing that these $16 cups are not made fresh so you’re given rock hard chocolate that’s sat in a fridge with very little pistachio cream, at the bottom of the cup all the strawberry juice drains and it’s just a pool of ick. The Katafi loses its crunch from sitting in the fridge as well. Part of the allure of Dubai cups are getting them fresh with warm chocolate and creamy pistachio not rock hard to where your fork breaks when you try and eat it. For $16 that’s insane it takes like two minutes to make it fresh so I don’t understand the refrigerated premade process…And the strawberries were incredibly sour and soggy. I also think the Norman location has better service and more variety of food. If you want a Dubai strawberry cup I highly recommend going to mochinut or cake it by dada, both are made upon ordering and are much better quality, yes it’s a bit further...

First time customer here and I will for sure be a second timer. I’ve read other reviews and of course everyone’s experience is subjective. I ordered a vegetarian Banh Mi with a Milk Tea. I devoured that Banh Mi within 5 minutes in the parking lot….at the pump. It was so fresh and filling. I’m unsure what meat substitute was used, I assume it’s tofu…but it was so flavorful. I enjoyed the ratios. I love all the veggies and even the bread ratio. Other shops have a thicker bread, Paris bread is little bit thinner so it may appear you have more veggies when it’s pretty standard. The milk tea was great also, I’m not really a stickler for that as it is just milk and tea lol. They do have fresh baked goods and spring rolls available for grab and go. 🔥 Official: Paris Banh Mi in Moore has the best sandwich in the city—no cap. The lemon beef banh mi 🍋? To die for. The grilled pork 🐖? So good it’ll make you wanna slap your mama and then ask for hers too.

I always throw on a little extra Vietnamese butter—because why not go full savage? But the bread though? 🥖 Top tier. Soft, flaky, and melts in your mouth like it was kissed by flavor gods.

The unholy things I’d do for just one more... If I had one left and they were strapping me to the electric chair ⚡—I’d be sittin’ there smirking, crumbs on my jumpsuit, no regrets.

Highly recommend. Slide through the Moore location on the south side. Don’t walk—run. Then bring me one. 🏃‍♂️💨🥪
