I hardly ever go to this Starbucks unless I'm forced to. I'm not sure if they've become worse, or if it's a new staff? I have the same order every time I come here, and no, it's not a Frankenstein order. Yet, every time I have to repeat my order ~6 times to the girl at the window. It usually takes me 16 minutes from getting in line to getting my coffee. And then my order is incorrect! At this point I don't have time to wait another 10 minutes. Shape up. There are plenty of Starbucks locations that are twice as busy as this place, and have much better performance.
Grande hot white mocha with no room or whipped cream. Extra espresso. What do I get? Grande hot white mocha, no whip, 8 pumps of white mocha. This is disgusting.
Just came in again for a noon stop. (9/23/17) Geeze guys. I didn't even have a time rush. I sat at the speaker where I gave my order for 16 minutes! I turned my car off because nobody moved for almost 20 minutes. I eventually drove off, not getting my drink that you probably had made. Other cars drove off. You guys are ridiculous, and I am internet-official done with this location. You might be 'nice', which is not an adjective I would describe for the girl taking orders, but your quality and waste of everyone's time is insane. Read moreI come by this Starbucks almost every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Every time I walk through that door, they all call me by name when they say hi. The whole time I've been going to this Starbucks, I've only had them make a mistake on my order maybe twice. But it was particularly my fault when i ordered my drink. And it did not bother me, I see how these people work and the work load they have. Their work space is limited behind that counter. And the staff, morning or evening are constantly in high gear. The Baristas making the orders sometimes dont even have time to look up, and I know they are filling the orders in order they receive them. Because of this, it doesn't bother me to have to wait on my drink. Being diabetic, I've had to modify my order from a trinti carmel ice coffee to just an ice coffee, trying less of the Carmel and classic syrup each time, but i ended up having to eliminate both syrups. They worked with me on making it where I could still have a great ice coffee drink, sometimes 2, since I drive all night. I usually use the drive through but today I ordered ahead and went inside thinking it would be faster and I'd even get to work early. I walked in and was the only customer that was NOT greeted 😔 everyone after me was greeted with a good morning. I stood by the counter waiting for my drink for 20 MINUTES and nobody acknowledged me. Finally someone said "who are you waiting for" with an attitude and I told her my name. She looked at the drinks and said " here's yours" I told her I didn't check that drink because that's iced and mine was ordered hot. She took the drink and walked off, had someone make a hot one which took another 8 min because they were busy, then she just put the drink on the counter and said absolutely nothing to me. No apology, and most of the time they offer you the other drink as well. Which I didn't want but it's just the point of nothing was said. I was extremely late to work unfortunately.
