Greg did a great job with the TV and our great room. He could not, however, hang our one TV because the guy with whom I made the appointment failed to ask me if the TV would be hanging on a wall that backed to a bathroom. I would think that is the first question a customer would be asked when making such an appointment. And Best Buy forced me to make a trip to return the mount or they would have charged me to have Greg return it.
